Terrible how you run out of cheese then the worker said tell the boss! No ketchup onions pickles bacon bits but cheese!!!

It was okay , but I got 2 combos that came out to 40$ which is a bit pricey but the least they could do is put a little more effort into it. I know it’s fast food but it wasn’t even busy and they still just seemed like the just threw it together.

Great delicious steak philly sandwich!
The place is in a food court, so dont come here just cause youre hungry in the area... better try Subway.
But if youre already here, this is your best option.

Would give no stars but doesn’t have that option. Walked up at 7:31 (Friday, May 31) and the guy with the Pirates hat on said that they’re closed. The hours clearly show that this location closes at 8pm. So does someone not wanna do their job and go home early or what???

Ordered on uber eats Charley's canceled the order. They have filled orders before but not this time. Won't be ordering again.

Food was fine, service was unpleasant. My goodness. Girl called out my order and quickly turned around before she could acknowledge me. She just went to the back and continued to eat her fries. Lol. I still thanked her and she still said nothing, wow.

Charlie’s catered our work luncheon and it was delicious! Matt the store manager had amazing customer service and made sure the food arrived on time and hot. We had a chicken and beef cheesesteaks and they even had a veggie delight option! See photo below, our staff left nothing behind! Definitely recommend for individuals and catering!
