Charlie’s catered our work luncheon and it was delicious! Matt the store manager had amazing customer service and made sure the food arrived on time and hot. We had a chicken and beef cheesesteaks and they even had a veggie delight option! See photo below, our staff left nothing behind! Definitely recommend for individuals and catering!

Order today and not even an hour later, me an my wife got food poisoning. Last time coming here.
People were new so our order took 25 min., but the food was good as always. It's in the Inland center mall, need I say more regarding atmosphere.

On 3/25, i had a door dash order. I asked for the chicken California, cheese, extra chicken, bacon, ranch on the side, (combo) with a strawberry lemonade. Not only did they not put any bacon, the cup my strawberry lemonade was in had a hole in it, leaked everywhere and I received no ranch at all.. Half way through my sandwich, my throat starts itching, feeling like it's closing and chest starting to hurt. There's mushrooms mixed in the second half of my sandwich!! IM ALLERGIC TO MUSHROOMS! I had to quickly down some Benadryl just to be able to breathe!! I've never had an issues with Charleys until now. I call to try to speak to someone, their blistering number isn't working. If i could give negative stars i would.. Charleys, count your days bruh!

Very disappointing. I have been there twice and they do not get the order correct. They have the music so loud you can't even hear them. They were more concerned with hanging out than good service. Paid quite a bit for them to leave two items out of the order.

These hard working workers aren't even making the minimum wage and have to do so much. The excuse is they " don't have the minimum amount of staff that require the minimum wage". On top of having to get a food handlers certificate paid by the employee, they still rarely make more than 14$ no benefits and have to cover shifts due to absences. They should go to other fast food establishments to make the minimum wage. I go at least 2x's a week just to support the workers.
