This place was very clean and out kids had alot of fun. The games are really geared for older kids but our littles still enjoyed themselves. Pizza was delicious!!!
The restaurant was very clean. The staff was very nice. We all had a good time.
Chuck E Cheese in San Bernardino on Hospitality is awesome. My niece and nephew are always asking can we go to Chuck E Cheese auntie. The workers are very professional and service is great not a long wait for your food like in another one we visited. The kids had fun on the games and the jumpers. Overall that's a good place with your family
We celebrated my son DJ’s 6th birthday here, and it was absolutely perfect! DJ is Chuck E. Cheese’s biggest fan — he knows all the Make Believe Band songs, watches Chuck E. videos every day, and even dressed up as Pasqually for Halloween.
Our party host Joshua (Josh) was incredible — so patient, organized, and kind. He made sure everything ran smoothly and that all the kids were having fun. And a huge thank-you to whoever was in the Chuck E. suit — you were amazing! You played arcade games and danced with DJ, making his day truly unforgettable.
The entire staff made us feel welcome, and you could tell they genuinely cared about making the party special. Thank you, San Bernardino Chuck E. Cheese, for giving DJ one of the happiest memories of his life. We’ll be back soon — lifelong fans here! 🎉🐭🍕

Chuck .E is the best
My grandson is autistic he was there with friends celebrating a friends sons birthday...they bought him wrist band for the trampoline but he won't keep it on...there was no problem till they shift managers n she told us he had to wear his wrist band n we explained to her that he wouldn't wear it...she was very rude n told us he couldn't be in the establishment so we had to leave... really 😡 grandpa
Fun and exciting a must visit
They moved machines around and got rid of some decent ones, even the picture ones. Everything is for babies. The pizza is decent and the cotton candy is good. Salad bar has room for improvement.
Not for me, I'll drive and go to the other ones
