Yesterday, I brought my son here and he's having a lot of fun. The pizza is great and there's a lot of machine to play too. He was able to make new friends. Great place and clean!

Had fun going there with my girlfriends family however, the prices for drinks were outrageous but then again you can refill your drinks at any time. The bathroom needs a bit of work too. The pizza and the cake were good. Would come here again.

If you take your kid here you don't love them... this place is the Mc Donald's of children themed restaurants horrible tacky overpriced and ridiculous in entertainment better off having a carne asada at the park than this place.

It's TOOOOO EXPENSIVE. Some of the games didn't work. Pizza used to be good, and now it's nasty and dry. Soda machine didn't have all the soda that was labeled. Salad bar is still good.

Today was my step daughter’s 9th birthday, we took our family to enjoy fun in a safe environment. However we were shown this Chuck E. Cheese is NOT a safe place for your children.
We put the business to the test. Bio mom came to pick up little brother and bio mom was NOT stamped with a number or symbol that matches the child. She wasn’t stamped at all.
The business allowed her to walk out TWICE with him and never once was asked to check the stamps on their hands. There was actually NO ONE managing the door or who left with what kid.
Today could have ended badly. A true kid napping could have taken place. We are lucky we knew when and who had our children at all times today.
You can not let your children out of your sight in this building.
When we confronted management about the situation. They shrugged their shoulders and dismissed the issue.
I also walked out with my own children and was NEVER CHECKED AT THE DOOR IF THEY WERE MINE!!

Had a daddy daughter afternoon date and my 3 year old had a blast.
Didn't really know how to play the games but she enjoyed it and kept calling chuck e cheese the mousy.

Its a good place to have fun for the kids the games do not work sometimes so it takes off credits of the card and its pretty annoying looking for a worker for each game that doesn't work but its great for a last minute fun for kids

Pizza was quick, salad bar clean, a couple of the rides were out of order but nothing major. They have a new jump area that is $15 per child, way over priced in my opinion, it's not a large area and they kept overhead announcing to please keep non-paying children out.

I come here a lot, but today was pretty rough. My toddler almost ate something off the floor in the trampoline area. It was so dirty! They could run a vacuum thru it or something. It’s only 1pm and for a toddler/ little kid area you would think they keep it clean. Plus there is an exposed outlet next to the stair area to go up to the slide and kids try to out things in it. Not safe! Hopefully next time we come here it’s clean. Just saying. Plus so many kids in trampoline area that didn’t have the correct socks just bouncing my little one all over the place.

This place sucks man, the cashier Gisselle is hella rude, the prices are sky rocket, the pizza is decent and most of the games are working.

The kids had a good time. The check in staff were fine. The food staff were horrible, not courteous or friendly and definitely didn’t smile. When our food was delivered to the table I had to ask the girl to please stop bumping into me, only then did she acknowledge that she did so and apologize. When my grandkids were turning in their cards and choosing their prizes the girl behind the counter had agitated look on her face, didn’t smile, and had the nerve to tap her nails on the counter. When I say terrible staff, I mean it! I definitely won’t return to this location on Hospitality Lane.
