Stuffed crust medium pizza was amazing
(really the only good food choice)
fries are flavorless and wings taste like heated up Raccon knuckles the service varies some days you get amazing happy helpful workers who want the best for you and sometimes you get rude workers who hate the job and just don’t want to be there which I get sometimes but if I walk in smiling being friendly I would hope for the same which is sometimes given depending on who.
It was an ok experience games were lowkey boring and just isn’t worth it there’s just no Chuck E. Cheese spirit.

Their birthday party arrangements are not individual birthdays, no more. They bundle them up for one happy birthday

Chuck E. Cheese has gone way down in my opinion. We celebrated my nephews birthday there the other weekend and I see it is a far cry from the place it was when my daughter was a child and she is just 24 now. The prices are way to ridiculously high for what you get for a kids party. There is no more Chuck E and friends they are on a TV screen for kids to watch. One person dresses as Chuck E during birthday sing along and the kids whose birthdays it is aren't even honored like the old days because you have to share Chuck with all other kids even if they're not birthday kid. Basically it sucked. We'll be going to John's Incredible Pizza next time around.

Disappointing Experience at Chuck E. Cheese – Poor Customer Service from Management
I recently visited the Chuck E. Cheese located at 777 E Hospitality with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from great. The issue stemmed from a lack of proper assistance from the General Manager, Imelda Esqueda, when I requested to pause my children’s game card.
According to the GM, if you are using a party card, once activated, it cannot be paused, whereas a regular game card can be paused. However, upon reviewing the card’s terms, it nowhere states that a party card cannot be paused—in fact, it actually indicates that pausing is possible. This inconsistency is misleading and should be corrected.
I attempted to handle the situation as professionally as possible, but the problem was never resolved. Instead of providing assistance, the GM was dismissive and unhelpful. Good customer service means being able to address and clarify policies in a way that benefits and informs guests, but that did not happen in this case.
I hope Chuck E. Cheese reviews its policies and trains management to better assist customers. Until then, I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Kid-friendliness: The Empoyees where professional and Kind 😇
I am very disappointed. Staff has no expression on the face except rude. My poor left screaming because she was not provided with a toy that was on display. We ask the employee if she can have the purple one the employee asked the manager and was told no. That is the most stupidest thing. The glass display had a mixture of purple and blue over 50 pieces. Why have them on display if the colors. We just spent over $150.00.
The link they provide does not even work.
