The food is made really slow, but it’s also very good when it comes out so that’s why I gave it three stars. The service was all right when we first walked in one of the ladies were actually kind of rude to my kids so I would like to give her one star, but the rest of the staff was all right. That atmosphere was OK not too bad. and also they had homeless people walking in and out and also they had weird people walking in and out as well like people just off the street walking in and walking around looking at peoples children, which I thought was very unacceptable and weird.

Well its expensive like everything else. I just got a hour of game play and 2 cups for my kids and it was a little over $50 we didnt get no pizza because they wanted some other food some where else.

Our experience today was excellent! We had a birthday reservation for our daughter and it literally went off without a single hitch! Our party coordinator is named Ozzy (I think that’s how he spells it). He was awesome! Very friendly, helpful, attentive and accurate with our requests. We will definitely come back here for our birthday party needs. THANK YOU AGAIN OZZY FOR THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

For my Granddaughter's birthday, well the pizza wasn't bad, and we had a good time, well all the kids had a good time. Actually one of the better Chuck E Cheese's I've been to.
The customer service was hit and miss. I hadnt been to a Chuck E Cheese for about 10+ years. I was unaware of all the changes, the cashier lady which happened to be part of management team was so rude and showed little intrest in helping and answering my questions. She seemed bothered and annoyed for any question I had and was rushing me. Which by the way she really didnt answer the questions i had. My party and i brushed it off and just thought maybe shes having a bad day. We did spend over $90. Later was more. Next we waited for our food and when our buzzing machine went off, we went to collect our food. to our surprise someone took our food and the worker behind the counter asked if i took it. Like why would i be waiting and be upset that i got there and there was no food done. She asked the cook to make another one but said it was an additional 20min. We wanted to bring it to management attention (since our food was not the first to be taken that day.) this was happening and not complaining even though we were hungry and had to wait longer, and management didnt care. They just said they will make you another one. No apology or anything. The salad bar was nicley stocked but the employees got to pick and choose who they let use the salad plates and regular pizza plates. They gave me a hard time about getting a new salad plate, which i paid extra for when i needed it, but wouldnt tell the people who didnt pay extra using regular pizza plates anything. They had a couple of games/machines out without any signs at least 5 were off or not working. However the person at the jumping station was super nice and friendly and he was professional. Also the young man helping at the dipping dots station was friendly. My little had fun so i was able to kinda just brush everything else off but my experience back was not a good one and i dont think we will be going back.

Anthony was friendly and upbeat. He also gets plus points for helping me add time for the kids to play in the jump zone. Especially since I was upset how another coworker responded to my request to add this to my bill. The girl was rude and reticent to allow me to pay.
