Church's Texas Chicken

This church’s chicken is different the recipe is waaaaaaay better than any other church’s I have visited, the chicken was 10/10 we doubled back before we left the area to take back home and it was very fresh, everything was on point when in the area forget anything else get church’s on waterman and the price point is the business

Today was the first time I went to church Texas chicken I had the best experience ever Thanks to your employee David he was nice friendly knew the menu I told him what I wanted and he got it so fast accommodated all my needs. Thank you David for this wonderful experience I will be recommending all my friends and family will definitely be coming back I pray the manager sees this review and rewards him for his good quality friendly fast clean service keep up the good work David 💪🏿🏆💯

Service was good, employees were really nice. Used the sign-up promo for a 3-pc tendies. Honestly, they were 6/10, a bit bland even for being "spicy".

Excellent customer service, all the staff are always attentive and very fast in their work, the environment is very organized and they work as a team, which is why I give them 100% Excellence.

Asking for “no mayo” shouldn’t equate to taking the pickles away too and burning the bun. Chicken sandwich was ridiculously dry. They also didn’t include or ask if I wanted any sauce for the tenders. Is this normal? I honestly haven’t had Church’s in over 20 years, easily…..today reminded me why. It could be the area, the service and/or the food, either way, I’m good, won’t be returning.

I'm sorry to say this but this place is dirty all the way around the outside I can't imagine what it looks like inside

Ordered from this Church's Chicken yesterday approximately around 4:30 pm, the food was satisfactory and the employees were attentive including the one who helped me at the window. She was polite and took my order in an effective manner but referred to me as "love" when asking if I wanted any condiments, I found that inappropriate and unnecessary but don't feel she is deserving of termination. I recommend providing additional training regarding speaking to customers in a more appropriate and sensible manner, thanks.
