Claim Jumper & Steakhouse - San Bernardino, CA

Nice clean environment. Food was prepared as ordered, however it did take close to 30 min to receive. Server could've been a little more patient and personable.

I have been coming to this Claim Jumpers for years with family. It has always been welcoming and a great time with family.

My visit this time was great! I came in with a large party for a luncheon and Ryan (the waitstaff) was absolutely wonderful! He greeted all of us, seated us promptly and began taking drink orders. When it came time to order food, Ryan was attentive, patient and explained items on the menu well. He remembered our dessert orders and got them out to us timely. Ryan provided our checks at the appropriate time and in an efficient manner. Throughout the visit he made rounds to ensure everything was fine. He should be employee of the month, offered some incentive and even train other wait staff on how to provide excellent customer service.

I got the half rack of ribs, mashed tators, and cream corn..... half rack was more like a 1/3 rack. Very small and not fall off the bone like some posts say. Smaller dab of tators and a small cup of cream corn. Large plate, maybe 1/3 full at best. The beer on tap was good and cold. Bar dining area was normal, clean, and fairly quiet. Service is also good, not great, but 3 star overall at best. It's far from horrible but could have been much better.

I feel that the prices for entrees were exhorbitant. I probably will not return to Claim jumper anytime soon. There are better value options for me.

We chose to do the Father's Day Buffet this visit. The food choices were plentiful. They had something to appeal to everyone. Was impressed they even had Eggs Benedict as an option. The food was plentiful, and flavorful. Our server was extremely attentive. Overall was a great experience!

Excellent service by the entire staff and reception. Well- managed and very good food and drink selection .

Food was great but the whisky apple bread pudding could've been a bit better. It was lukewarm and kind of frozen in the middle. Otherwise, everything else was great. Our server was nice and helpful, it was not that loud in the restaurant (didn't need to talk/yell over anyone), and the place was very clean and smelled nice.

My fiancé and I came for my birthday dinner. I have never been there, my fiancé told me it was a great place and it was above and beyond my expectations. The food was quick the waiter she was so friendly always coming back to check on us and Also willing to take pictures of us for memories. Will definitely always recommend this place to anybody.

We love the food. Our server was the best. For being Mother's Day, it was just a 10 minute wait. The Mia tia drink omg it was great .

Amanda was amazing! Great attitude, very polite, she's a Swifty, have me a bracelet and great at her job! Give this woman a raise please or at least employee of the month.

Lively but not too busy. Went for the Easter brunch, the staff were nice and the food was fresh!

We ordered the new Chefs table 4 course dinner. Food was great, and great value for all you get. Waitress, Brenda was nice, efficient, and knowledgeable. Have not been to Claim Jumpers in awhile, but will definitely go back!
