I’ve been here 4x all in the afternoon. First time I got the wrong ice cream :( Second time was perfect. Third time it was closed and there was a sign that they’d be back like 3 hours later. Fourth time it was closed again. Middle of the week, mid day. No sign :(

My girl and I stopped into today and were greeted with a beautiful smile from the ice cream barista. My girl thought she was cute for flipping the ice cream and her smile and blonde hair. We will definitely be visiting again.

Don’t do a mobile order because apparently walk-ins take priority. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in my whole entire life. Not exaggerating. I can’t believed these people will get $20/hour come April. Ridiculous!

Can't rate five stars for a business that has a sign outside that reads me back in 25 minutes yet. 25 minutes later still no sign of anyone... Waited 40 watched a lot of lost opportunity.

Waited in line for 10 minutes and instead of serving us when we made it to front of line they told us to wait while they do online order for gentleman who just walked in. All while one girl talked to another worker who came in to check on hours. What's the point of having to employees working? Definitely makes since why they have 2.8 rating, so we left!

The worst service I've received from a cold stone! We went in to pick up an online order for a cake around 6:30 and the order was placed around 10 in the morning. First we were waiting to be helped and no acknowledgement from the team! Then when they do acknowledge they told us they didn't have the cake we requested in stock! I asked if anyone attempted to call or reach out and the worked said yes but when I told him we had no missed calls or messages he said that he wasn't there when the order was suppose to be ready so how would he know of someone reached out!? This is ridiculous and honestly unprofessional that there was no communication letting us know that's what we ordered couldn't be fulfilled.

Elsie is an absolute ROCKSTAR!!! Our group had a total of 6 items, and the line behind us was growing steadily. Elsie was BY HERSELF, making all of these orders, with a smile on her face! We all applauded her work ethic, and she she was just a delight! She was quick, accurate, and pleasant, despite being the only one behind the counter, and a line going almost out the door! These 5 stars are for ELSIE! 10/10!
Worst experience. No friendly faces and the ice cream here was frost bitten. Not good at all. The young man that was there when I asked for mix in after he didn’t ask and just assumed I didn’t want anything. He took out of cup and threw the cup to the side clearly frustrated. I have not been to cold stones in awhile but I remember it being a vibe when you walked in and everyone made you feel welcomed. Not here sour faces and attitudes. I can go anywhere and spend my money. I don’t mind the price but to be treated like that and the ice cream was old. This was at 7:40pm. Just wow. That’s all I can say I will not go back

Ordered a Barbie cake. It was delicious BUT did not look like the cake I ordered. The Barbie cake had pink sprinkles on the side. The one I picked up had regular sprinkles. It did not appear to be as high. Not worth 60 dollars. I couldn't do anything about it because of course I ordered it for a birthday party.

I got there at 11:45 cuase I didn't know they opened at 12 so I waited till 12 when I went back to the door at 12:03 the door still locked the girl looked at me and she kept doing was she was doing, I was there in the sun waiting so I moved to Palm tree , minutes later she opens and 3 kids walked in so I let them pass, I grabbed a cake and I was there waiting to pay and I ask her nicely if she can charge me and she was all rude saying NO I have to help them first, she knew I was there waiting for over 20 minutes,SHE opened late and just just made me waist my time, that's not ok what a bad person .

Good ice cream and customer service is good. The best employee so far is Peter aka Spider-Man :)Super nice and friendly and makes conversation with the family, which that’s great. And he would great every customer that walked in. He is loud enough so hear him which is great since I’m heard of hearing. The other employees are not loud enough to hear them, to it’s tough to understand them. Anyways, I enjoy having great customer service to places I love to go. So good job Peter :)
