This review is solely for the new chocolate chip cookie sold at the food court. It was absolute perfection and I would buy it again and again. The cookie was crispy on the outside and soft, chewy and chocolatey on the inside, warm all around. I love that they decided to use bittersweet and semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate!

Food line super slow. They really tip us off inside. Compare to stater bro per item. They are no longer for us. They say influence inflation only went up 7% but a Costco is gone up 50% some items 100%. It's a bunch of malarkey they need to fix that here in Costco.

Honestly the worst Costco food court I've been too. I pre paid at the kiosk and took over 20 mins to get my food. I ordered a drink and cheese slice. The issue was the disorganization with the lines. Kiosk pick up lane was mixed with people wanting to pay in line on top of a very constricting area already it was not a very good experience

Love getting a hotdog here, however, the Fountain drinks are either completely water coming out or super watered down . Slightly disappointing!

I like getting the hotdog deal and the pizza is still good. I like the kiosks I get my food fast? it looks like a long line but it moves fast?

The kiosk system is horrendous. They should put out orders in the order they are received. Instead, after you pay at the kiosk, they don't prep your food until you're at the front of the line. The opened up a third kiosk line and there was no order to how people got into it, so a bunch of people cut. Took me 30 min to get two ice creams. Strawberry ice cream is good.

If I could give this food court negative stars I would. One of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. There were at least 30 people waiting in line for over 2 hours just to get their order while the staff neglected us and prioritized individuals who ordered 30 plus pizzas. The managers did absolutely nothing to help the situation, just gave empty apologies. My family and I just had to leave by the end of it because we waited for over 2 hours. We also never got a refund. So please I highly do not recommend going to this disaster of a food court and save yourself time and patience.

After they implement kiosk to pay, the lines waiting for the food are longer. The service disminished a lot. It is a shame

The absolute worst customer service here. What’s the point of ordering a pizza on the phone, have them tell you it’s gonna be 30 minutes, and then they make you wait in line to pay, then make you wait in a line longer than 30 minutes with people who ordered after you and will get their food first. Why not have a line for phone pickups? So if Costco can tell me what’s the point of ordering over the phone and giving its customers false time lines I’d appreciate it

The food court system sucks! They have kiosks that you use to order your food. Used it thinking it be quicker when you get to window to pick up your order. Not only does it take longer but people who don't use the kiosk have a separate line which is a lot shorter and can cut in front of everybody else who already place their on the stupid kiosk order!!!!

What a shit show! There were two lines after ordering at the kiosk, no signs so I picked one and waited with my receipt. After about 5 minutes I was informed that I was waiting in the wrong line because "this line is for cash ordering" so I go to the back of the other line, which was moving painfully slow considering they're just putting pizzas on plates and hotdogs into bags. Finally get my food and head to the condiment station to fix up my hotdog, no onions so I ask for onions and they tell me I was supposed to request onions when I order. I would be 100% less upset if they had signs explaining everything because there's plenty of time to read while you wait in line, but instead they have this guy named "Chip" who I'm assuming is supposed to be managing the lines and explaining things, but he was just dicking around socializing and occasionally yelling "THERES TWO LINES" like that clarifies anything (it doesn't) and made jokes about eating my food when asked about the onions (wildly inappropriate to ask for charity on the clock, because it wasn't funny). In conclusion Chip needs to be replaced by 2 or 3 signs because he's fucking useless.
