I paid with my card through the Drive Thru.
Shortly after I received notifications that my card was used online for fraudulent transactions.
I called my bank and they said these fraudulent transactions were made minutes after my Dairy Queen purchase.
Therefore, my card was used by these scammers working the drive thru line.
The person who took my order at the Dairy Queen drive thru was a Young Lady with some tattoos and a men’s style haircut.
That young lady with a men’s style haircut needs to be addressed and fired for fraudulent activity during her shift.
I have made a police report with the local police department and I have listed her as a possible suspect, and I sure hope she’s investigated and arrested for committing credit card fraud which is a felony in the state of California and will be prosecuted and sent to a federal prison if found guilty.
I hope more people come forward.
And if my post gets deleted or flagged , I will continue posting weekly , to raise awareness of the criminals working at this location.

They need more employees. I'm not coming here again this is the second cake I buy and I can never get them to write happy birthday because they dont have enough employees which is what they tell me every time

Paid $8 for a blizzard only to have to throw it away after the girl walked up adjusting her pants and acting like she was intoxicated. Hands were dirty as she handed it to me. Just a gross experience overall. Attitude bad. Hygiene bad. Come on.

This place has quite possibly the slowest lunchtime drive thru. Even In & Out with quadruple the traffic is faster. Do better.

Great. The food was hot and fresh, and they even brought it out to our table. The ice cream was of course good. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we got everything we needed. Just a very pleasant experience. We have no complaints!

These employees need to pay attention to what they give people! I ordered a Non dairy Dilly bar because my son is Highly ALLERGIC to milk and they handed him a sugar free bar and he ate some and instantly started panicking and telling me his mouth and throat are so itchy and I had to rush to car to give Epi pen because that’s how allergic he is. Checked receipt paid for dairy free but received a chocolate ice cream instead.

Worst Customer Service I've Experienced, Worker Was Very Rude And Made A Mess Of Cheeseburger I'm Adding A Photo. My Daughter Tried To Eat It Cause She Was Starving But Couldn't Finish It.

Customer service was terrible food was trash also got my food wrong went back to get my order fixed they intentionally smashed my burger and smothered it with cheese just because I complained to there lead about how bad there customer service is.. found out this place is a franchise spend your money somewhere else don't waste your time here
