Worst Customer Service I've Experienced, Worker Was Very Rude And Made A Mess Of Cheeseburger I'm Adding A Photo. My Daughter Tried To Eat It Cause She Was Starving But Couldn't Finish It.

The food is very badā¦the amount of salt in the food overpowers any tasteā¦the meals are badā¦the service is badā¦you need to wait more than half an hour to get a cold mealā¦there is no rating for this restaurant it is very bad

Inside is clean but it's so minimally staffed you'll never be served in the restaurant. Drive through can be slow but it moves. Fun food as always for DQ.

The food is good, but plan on waiting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes at least. Even if no one is in front of you. They take forever.

Absolutely horrible! Ordered online and still waited 30 minutes for my food. Those who arrived after me and ordered got food before me. Got my food and waited 10 more minutes for my blizzards. Customer service needs to be revisited, especially when I requested to speak with management and waa told they were busy.

The person taking out order couldnāt figure out the machine. Another worker came and helped him. Then later when they never delivers our ice cream they said they gave it out the drive thru window and made me log into my bank app trying to say I never paid. COMPLETELY OUTRAGEOUS AND INCOMPETENT. No where near worth the excitement we first had to find a DQ.

We waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes (we were stuck) and we can see inside that the workers were eating at the table. The line wrapped around the building after us. Crazy.
