I get it. Work gets busy, and homeless people are an issue, but when you have people waiting in the drive-thru for more than 5-10 minutes without saying anything, then all of a sudden saying you'll deny the order if you buy food or give money to the homeless people is crazy. I get it loitering and panhandling is an issue, but not even saying give me a minute, or mentioning the fact your short-staffed so it'll be a sec.

Gotta say, this specific location CONSISTENTLY gets my order wrong. I could say the combo number, the specific item... They manage to ring it up wrong almost every time. Use the AI system each and every order... Your humans aren't bright.

Employees must utilize proper hand hygiene no gloves are being worn. The food is wrapped extremely messy. Staff is preparing food with their bare hands. We threw all our food away!! Drive thru staff is extremely rude and demonstrated zero customer service. The inside does not look well kept as far as the kitchen area. Very concerning, I was appalled by how Richard the manager handled our food by wearing no gloves. This should definitely be a requirement!!!
To enjoy some tacos ? and some very good quesadillas at a good price and if you want to save and enjoy eating the taco on Tuesday, I recommend
