Hashbrowns were cold and they didn't give me the bottle of water I was charged for. When I asked for the water she said they were out of bottled water. So why did you charge me? Total attitude, acted like I was the one who made the mistake. I guess I did by coming here. Lady, If you don't like your job don't take it out on the customers.

They have now moved to a kiosk ordering experience eliminating all human interaction do not recommend... It's just as bad as every other restaurant that's going to the kiosk without human interaction stay away.

As soon as we walked in the person taking orders asked if we want the meal deal for $5..I said no because we Came specifically to have their cheeseburgers because my nephew who is 7 and niece (3) had a desire to have cheeseburgers! they were out! They said they didn’t have any meat patty’s? No burger patty’s ? They settled for the meal deal. When we got our drinks, they were out of lids..? My nephew asked for ranch for his fries… they wanted .75 cents !!!! Absolutely not! I just spent $20
On food and they wanted another .75 cents.

TWO RATINGS: “1” & “5”
RATING “1”: When my friend & I were going to order at the drive through one evening this week (Oct 24th or 25th), we could BARELY HEAR the GIRL’S VOICE on the INTERCOM & when we asked her to speak louder, it didn’t improve. When we wanted to ORDER the ORANGE CREAM SHAKE, she said the MACHINE was BROKEN 😞 What he told me is that is what they say when they don’t want to make a shake because then they will have to clean the machine! He used to work at Del Taco. (It wasn’t even that late at night!)
RATING “5”: When we stopped by two nights later on October 27th, there was a guy who took our order who was FANTASTIC & had no problems speaking loud enough to be heard on the intercom & getting us the ORANGE CREAM SHAKE!!! That’s the “DIFFERENCE” between an employee who wants to PLEASE the customer & one who is TOO LAZY to speak up when it comes to the intercom & can’t be “bothered” to make a shake!

Typically, I wont leave a bad review even if the service is as bad as it was today. However, health code and food safety violations are unacceptable. I watched an employee, Mariah, pull out her phone, touch several door handles, and proceed to return to serving food. I asked for her name and she refused to answer (it was on the receipt regardless), I asked for her managers name, she told me she did not have a manager or contact information, I asked if she was required to wash her hands before serving food and she told me to have a nice day. I understand it’s fast food and the quality is low, however, this is unacceptable and is being passed up to corporate and the CDPH.

Del Taco is a great fast food restaurant, but it's the employees that make the whole experience something worth coming back for. My daughter and I were treated so rudely by the 2 ladies who work in the evening that we will not be coming back. Not for all the coupons in the world. Additionally, I contacted them through their website, and they sent me a coupon for the store where I was treated rudely and said I would never go back. Thanks

I had an incident today came in the restaurant this morning my son had to use the restroom I accidentally forgot my wallet and employee by the name of Jovi walked in the restroom right after me. Once I notice my wallet missing I went back to ask if anyone had turned in a wallet. The kind employee I wish I remembered her name assisted me by asking Jovi as I pointed out she walked in right after I came out. Jovi said no she didn't see a wallet. The kind employee assisted me in providing me the managers contact as well as got my information in case anyo e turned it in Jovi wouldn't look at me at all I left and decided to make a u turn and returned to the restaurant and ask Jovi myself I was here in the morning you walked right in after I came out then proceeded to tell her I will have to make a police report immediately she asked me for my ID to proof the wallet was mine went to the back and gave me my wallet. Its the dishonesty of someone working for customer service. Please note there was nothing of value aside of debit cards, Driver license, that is replaceable and information of my daughter who is currently fighting cancer was the most valuable thing in that wallet.
