I placed an order, asked if i had everything in my order, was told Yes. Was not the whole order, i drove home to find that out. Called to report missing item,had to call 15 separate times, phone was picked up and hung up multiple times. After no response at all i had to go in person. Was not given anything for the trouble. Awful experience at Del Taco on University Parkway in San Bernardino.

It took them 20 minutes to serve our order...the food was cold, they they forgot our chicken tacos and one of the employeeswas starringat me likeI'mthe problem...terrible. I would not recommend this place. One of the cooks was on the phone talking about making payment on a Gaming chair the whole time.

Came here with some people. I mean these guyz aren't hard to recognize, they are terrified of getting out the house, had to drag these weirdoz out the house. They loved the food since they don't get out much. Not to mention, their not use to the outside life. Hey I'm a real friend, a real one! I love del Taco and I wanted them to try it. Like I said they loved it. Even though they're a bit strange, but the food & service iz GREAT!
Drive thru was broke but the workers were amazing and the food was above expectations. Thank you!

I love when you get charged for stuff you order and they don't give it too you and have you repay for the first item you ordered. Don't bother with them.

I still can't believe they got rid of the Macho Combo Burrito and replaced it with Epic Burrito. Be that as it may, I still really like their Soft Del Tacos. At least they still have those. My most recent visit went very well. The guy at the window was friendly helpful. So I'll keep going back for Soft Del Tacos.

Del Taco serving sizes have decreased over the years. I guess that might be a good sign since it is fast food and we should limit how much we should eat but the service is always great, I just wished the servings were better

Had came here with good services from the afternoon shift but when getting off a grave shift to wanting to get meal before heading home and getting the combo box meal and for my burrito it had no meat just bean and cheese and asking for an extra taco to not receive it was disappointing and for the guacamole to be 1 scoop and not even fill half the container and I would understand if there was a line but it was just us please do better

The food is fine. What is lame though is they have a homemade sign with deals on it. The problem is that each picture on the poster board is so small and too far away from the drive through lane that it’s impossible to make out what anything really says. And, when you try to inquire about it they play dumb and act like it doesn’t exist. Ooooooo👻 maybe it doesn’t and I’m just seeing things. No, but for real there is a sign and the writing is hella small and they don’t/won’t tell you what’s on it
