We ate here and my son accidentally left his lovey that he has had since birth. We have tried to reach the mgmt, no response and their phone has has a busy signal for days. We have gone by there and they are unwilling to help to the point that they told us to leave and that they will NOT help. It was the worst customer service that I have ever seen.

Exceptionally bad. Every time I go here, something is messed up. I had to tell them to put salt on the fries. I stopped ordering the bean and cheese burrito because somehow that manage to mesa that up every time. Today, they were out of ice. I only go because it's on the way home, but it's not even worth it anymore.

Came to pick up an order the lady said hold on I waited over 10 mins while the other girls were talking and on there phones I finally went thru drive thru… nobody else could’ve came up to me besides the one lady and luckily she was kind enough to apologize when I drove up to the window but still is ridiculous I come here all the time and one time I pickup food this is the service I receive in return

I ordered on uber eats from this location and the driver was told they couldn't make a double del cheese burger but wasn't even given a reason as to why nor did they ask if i wanted something else in it's place.. i hate giving negative reviews but this isn't the first time I've had issues with this location
