Ordered online for delivery was double charged over 80 dollars and food was never delivered. After waiting over an hour, I was told that order was canceled because they were out of an item. I was then told I would need to wait 10 to 12 days to receive a refund of over $82 they charged me. Will definitely not be returning to this place!

Excellent food. Slow as snails. Nice variety. Staff is pleasant, but so slow. It is a fairly new place, so I don't know why they are slow.

Saw three ladies of the night walk by, great show as you sit in the drive-thru. Most items were missing from the order. It's not scary, but if you're not used to the area it may be startling. Food and service terrible, people watching 10/10.

I wish I would have come to the reviews first terrible experience By far the worst del taco ever cold beans they barely added shredded cheese to my nacho the del tacos are cold not much cheese they forgot my tomatoes very bad experience they treat us like scum here del taco please do better hire someone that cares I want a refund it was very bad one del taco was wet I didn’t even eat it because I didn’t trust it why was it wet store #1365

I ordered via the app when I went to the store to pick up they closed early. I was able to go thru drive thru but after getting attitude from the drive thru employee

I went to del taco today to order some food and the Staff had on pajama pants. They literally looked like they rolled out of bed and came to work. Very unprofessional. It kills the cleanliness when your employees have on character pajama pants working near food. There needs to be a better standard. The workers were nice but pajamas at work are just en acceptable. Not to mention who knows what shoes/slippers they had on which could be a hazard to safety

This Del Taco is pretty busy from the drive through. That being said the manager was friendly and assisted me as soon as she could. I wasn't in a hurry and ate there. Took 12 minutes to get my meal. Right before 4PM there was a rush of people, however it was fairly quite inside. Restaurant was clean and seats were readily avaliable. The shopping center is fairly new, however it is in an older part of town, so don't be surprised if you see homeless in the area - That aside it was a good experience.
