Order online and a young lady called saying they can't deliver my food. Also said I will have to come down and I then proceeded to ask them if they will still give me the 20% discount that they offer for online and she said no they will not honor it. And wasn't even caring and just hung up. And I even said I can pick it up but they didn't care.

Love the convenience of it and pizza always come out
Around 424pm I placed and online order 2med and wings my thin crust was messed up and we had to go back and the lady helping us had a bad attitude. They even just had trouble just with our phone numbers. And I understand do to I and family worked for Doyle but the attitude was uncalled for.. at this point a free pizza should have been offered

My wife literally called trying to get an order in for the earliest possible time for 4 pizzas for the following day. Obviously she was going to tip well if they could've rushed the order due to it being last minute. The guy who answered the phone sounded older he was rude and said "lady are you not understanding you're not priority" he had an attitude and kept calling her lady or woman. She felt disrespected and given that she's pregnant she lashed out and cussed the man out. Y'all better teach your employees customer service they give attitude straight off the bat. You don't know what angry people can do to y'all. You're lucky it just ended in words and not physically.

Benjamin took my phone order and he was very patient and made great recommendations. Finally a dominos location that knows how to put some sause in the pasta bowls. Penne pasta was amazing and cooked perfectly. Thank you for yummy pizza, sausey (not dry) pasta bowl and amazing customer service.

Shoutout to the staff working night shift , they were extremely but they still held it down.got my order wrong at first but they managed to fix it.
I’ve bought pizza from here a few times now… They don’t use glove when they prep the pizzas what’s up with that??
They prepared my pizza very well, no complaint, I will continue to buy from this place as long as they maintain the quality, I give them 5 stars ?
