Domino's Pizza

This company is a joke quality of everything is gone absolutely no consistency in their services and food they send me several emails offering me 50% off menu price. So I say okay being a single income family I need the deals to eat out. I log in to the APP and scroll to my deals and click on 50% off menu price guess what happens A pop up pops up and say sorry coupon is time sensitive and not available. Today is the 8th and the coupon doesn’t expire till the 9th. This is not the first time that it has happened. It is time to give up on dominos.

I want to compliment Jose at the university location in san bernardino. He was so respectful so sweet. Every other word was yes ma'am. Not only was his customer service great ,but from a person to person aspect he truly made my evening. I had been given horrible news . That it looks like I have ovarian cancer. Not only have I been crying, but I've been in pain all day. Him being like he was did more thsn I think he will ever realize. I hope this gets back to him n tell him I said thank u.

I had a problem with an order that I placed online, the website isn't very easy to use and navigate. I called the store, and I was assisted by an extremely nice, professional, polite and kind woman by the name of Andrea. She did her best to solve the problem, but she didn't have the proper access. I was then contacted by the delivery gentlemen; he was also very understanding and courteous. They fixed the order and delivered the original deal that was intended for purchase. I love kind people; I love people who make life easier for others and do their best to solve issues. Thank you so much for the great service and kindness, it meant a lot and I will be stopping by to see these wonderful people in person. Thank you
