Had the pleasure of getting Vanessa as our greeter. It was our first time here and we had no idea what to get. We went off her recommendation and boy it did NOT disappoint, we had to come back for the second day and we got her again with the same upbeat personality as the previous day. Her personality is exceptional and it's really refreshing seeing that she's so enthusiastic. Keep up the great work! Also, side note, thank you Dutch Bros for setting up a location on the North end!

The service was great. Welcoming and polite. They helped me pick a desired flavor. Knowledgeable in the different varieties did speed the process.

The atmosphere is lacking, but the coffee is well worth the time and effort. Great new additions to the san bernardino area.

We understand the usual wait times but this morning we waited 30 minutes as there was only one guy taking orders outside. He proceeded to take all the orders for the other two lanes and jumped to the cars behind us in our lane as we were in the front of the line. We waited not wanting to ruin any system they might have had going, but he never came back to take ours. We drove forward explaining what happened and the sweet girl at the window took our order. We got our drinks and I paid extra for the soft top to barely receive any in my coffee? At this point we just wanted to leave after being there for 45 minutes. We love Dutch Bros but this was a very disappointing experience.

Always have a great moment at Dutch Bros. They gave us a free "pink" drink that was amazing. 1st time for that but 5 miles down the road I tried hubbies and his was not what he ordered. He ordered a large Mocha and his was an extra large something else. It was good enough but we didn't have time to turn around and have it fixed.

We’ve been waiting to get our own local Dutch Bros and it finally opened!
The Staff were very kind, friendly and helpful. I tried The Dutch Bros Caramelizer Blended Freeze and Oh Boy it was Scrumptious! The other Famous Coffee shop definitely has competition!

Very friendly staff I ordered through mobile and picked it up super fast :].

This the first time at this location ,10/13/24 around 10 am, I had the best experience from any coffee shop. The employee Sierra, not sure spelling, but she not only exceeded my expectations for customer service but she demonstrated a genuine interest in her customers not to mention she put a smile on my daughters face which I appreciated so much. Best Experience Ever and Coffee was great.
