At first the only thing I liked was El Yaki karaoke DJ. The service was extremely slow and the food not so appealing. That was until I came back and give it another try. Now, the service is Excellent and the quality of food has improved. I am very happy to see such positive changes.

Everything was good but very bad service on the phone, they left me waiting for more than 30 minutes and I hung up the phone and went to place the order at the restaurant and when we were placing the order they noticed that the phone was off the hook, on the way I kept calling and didn't The call came in if I was second on the line I would have kept waiting and when I was there they noticed and hung up there if the calls stopped. They should have better staff who are attentive to orders by phone.
Good food, average, passable atmosphere......

Let me start this review by saying that I do hate leaving bad reviews. When I visit a restaurant I want to eat something delicious otherwise I would've stayed home. Also, I have seen plenty of Kitchen Nightmares to know that the quality and condition of the food is the responsibility of the owners and not the servers. Our server was nice and friendly, just sad that the food was not up to par. For starters, the pupusas were filled, not integrated or mixed with the dough, so you end up having a separation of the dough with the filler. This means that the person making them thinks they can make pupusas, but they just don't. They were oily, and one was actually undercooked. The curtido was old and needed more condiments because it didn't have flavor no matter how much tomato sauce I put. I was really craving my yucca con chicharron. Having grown up in LA, I was raised eating Salvadorian food just to say that it is not my first rodeo. The yucca was fried so much that it was completely dried and hard to eat. The chicharron, inedible... they bought chicharrones, and once I ordered them, they most likely placed them in the microwave, which completely dried them and made them rubbery. I tried eating them, but my teeth started hurting. When I brought that to the servers' attention, she came back saying that that's how they are supposed to be ?????? I am sure they are supposed to be edible, right? She offered to bring me more meaty chicharrones, but at this point, I just wanted to leave. And why not do quality check on their food and actually serve better chicharrones since the beggining??? They saw that I left most of the plate, but they still had the courtesy (being sarcastic, of course)of charging me the $13 bucks for the plate that was left on the table. There comes a point when a restaurant needs to decide to take a loss or lose a customer but a lot did what this one did, they could care less if you come back they just want to charge you... such a shame because this place could be great if they only served good quality food. Just give the customers what you are charging. A true disappointment!!! We are paying the money, so just give us the good quality fresh food you promised. Otherwise, you will lose a lot more customers.

Terrible place, we waited almost half an hour just for them to give us the menu and 45 minutes passed and they never took our order. We named ourselves and left. It is a terrible place. They never gave us any attention while we were seated.
Very good and the food is very good

The experience with customer service was good. The pupusas are not that good. If you want to go eat with your family and talk, you won't be able to because the music is too loud. It looks like a cantina from the underworld. You have to yell at the waitress to get you. listen. You have to eat quietly with your family, at least regulate the volume of the music...

I won't lie the pupusas are great, their alpastor torta was good per my son, the chicken tacos were horrible, it was like the burnt left overs. I had bought these tacos for my father and 2 yr old grandson. They were horrible. I don't recommend you ask for any item with chicken. This was b4 11am it should of been made fresh. Also the female who took my order, didn't pay attention when I asked for 2 cheese pupusas and a 2nd order of one cheese and one revuelta. She just gave me the revuelta and the cheese.

It’s a shame because the food isn’t bad, but the customer service is horrible. They don’t care about what you order, you get what you get. I’d recommend to stay away from this place, it’s just not worth the hassle.
