This place has such bad customer service. Even if you call ahead and place an order you have to wait up to 30 minutes or get told you don’t know when you’re order will be ready. The staff is inconsiderate and rude.

Service here is horrible here. I called ahead of time to pick up and got put on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and no answer. When I got there I waited another 10 minutes to place my order. Place has good pupusas but the service makes it horrible.

Pupusas are $1 on Thursdays all morning. It's a great way to buy in bulk for potluck at work. The curtido is to die for.

Very good food and service. It's self seated and the waitress was very attentive to us. She got out drinks and food on a timely matter. Only con is that it's stuffy and it's around 70 degrees outside. It must be Terrible during the summer. Over all, I would recommend. Take cash!

I went when a live performer was there & left early because the music was incredibly loud & I left with my ear drums ringing, you couldnt even hear the singers bcuz the music was overpowering the singing & it was very very uncomfortable . When I walked in and sat with our table I had to ask for menús and ask for everything not once did they come and ask if we were okay. I asked for creamer for my coffee, never received it, I saw a cook drop a spoon in the kitchen when I was paying at the front counter and he picked it up quickly and eyed me as if I had noticed or not that it had fallen. The pupusas were basic. Overall would not go again or recommend to anyone.
