Portions of food are very small compared to other times,I have been a loyal customer of El pollo Loco for many years and I am a disappointed about the new changes, prices are higher and Portions of food are reduced dramatically, no more salsa bar etc

This is the cleanest, best El Pollo around! The management team takes care of his employees and customers which makes the atmosphere such a pleasure to visit! I love my fresh food from this store!! The team is the BEST!! Randy sure knows how to run a team and a store! That is what keeps me coming back!

Went here while I was dashing and was going to take a small break so I ordered some food for my wife and me . Sadly when we parked to eat our food we were missing items causing us to drive all the way back (keep in mind we were the only ones in line and no one inside ) once we arrived to have our order corrected we were rushed as if the gentlemans life depend it on it didn't even let me get a word in but acted as though he heard me once I approached the window he asked again...
