It’s El Pollo Loco, so the line can move a bit slower since they make the food to order. Honestly though, it’s still usually faster than In-N-Out.
You get fresh, grilled food that actually feels lighter than most drive-thru options, and it’s easy to grab something quick without feeling weighed down afterward. Reliable, tasty, and a great go-to when you want fast food that doesn’t feel like a bad decision.
Definitely my favorite drive-thru chain.

Came in for a chicken burrito and was very satisfied. It was a chicken chipotle that the worker recommended. It was delicious. Friendly customer service, clean restaurant and delicious food. Thank you guys, I'll back again!

Portions of food are very small compared to other times,I have been a loyal customer of El pollo Loco for many years and I am a disappointed about the new changes, prices are higher and Portions of food are reduced dramatically, no more salsa bar etc
