Fire Wings - San Bernardino

Fire Wings in San Bernardino can really be a mixed experience. When they get it right, the food is great. But too often, either the wings are hot and the fries are cold, or it’s the other way around. It’s not something I want to just accept—everything should be served hot.

And pretty much, the bigger issue is how they handle their hours. Online and on voicemail, it says they’re open. But when you get there, there’s a sign on the door saying they’re closed for maintenance. If you’re closed, just update your hours online and fix the voicemail so people don’t waste their time - simple

Terrible food and even worse service
I did not like the disgusting corroded garlic fries and asked them to switch them to regular fries but they would not offer new fries and had a really bad attitude about it I was genuinely confused because I tipped well and was extremely polite about not liking the fries and only asked for an exchange and thought it was extremely unprofessional to not offer a paying customer an exchange on something as simple as fries when I ordered at least 20 of their disgusting wings!!!

Wings were good, however the service took pretty long to just get noticed. Lack of staff so I can’t blame them. The staff let a customer bring a cow bell into the restaurant and repeatedly use it every other minute. Actual Sports bars wouldn’t have even allowed that to disrupt the entire business. Poor customer service for lack of caring about others

They won’t answer the phone and the online ordering is not working neither. This makes it really hard to place an order.

2 burnt chicken sandwiches (no sauce), the bread was stale. I felt it was too long wait for only 3 tables filled, and to top it off, sticky table.

Okay. It’s about time I left a review. 10/10!! I have ordered from here more than 10 times now and have never been disappointed!! Delicious food, many wings flavors, amazing customer service that’s all reasonably priced. And those GARLIC NOODLES are a favorite.

Love this place over bdubs & Winstop, bdubs service is horrible & wingstops wings tend to be super greasy, fire up is just right
