Everything except the Ruben sandwich was great! The service was awesome and the old style chalet motif is old but sweet. Amazing brats and sides! Try both

Wasn’t expecting to find German food in San Bernardino, but it was so good! The goulash had such tender beef and the homemade red cabbage was delicious.

It’s closed!!!!!! But the web says open! A long drive to nowhere. Bummer! Mom is on her last breath and being from Germany was really looking forward to this outing. So sad. I wish I knew how to help these folks. Maybe it’s the neighborhood? No telling. But, it’s closed.

I had a great experience going there today they are sausages and brats are made from scratch no preservatives fresh nice snap of the brats their German potatoe salad is very flavorful and their Ruben balanced just right with the bread and sauerkraut, i did get the red cabbage on the side and i think the red Ruben is my next sandwich to try. I will be going back their soon.Parking: Parking around back is wide open

A San Bernardino classic. Very classic German menu superbly prepared. Good lunch and dinner choice. Classic European style sausages have been made on site for years. What we always suggest is to bring a cooler and buy a variety to take some home.

From the outside I thought this place was closed down and abandoned, for years! Today I just found out it was actually open ? , the entrance is in the back… Let’s talk food! It was delicious! Freshly made and lots of flavors, the pastrami was the best and the German potato salad was amazing, never had anything like that before! The restaurant was so cute even up to the plates and it was clean and the Air conditioner was crisp. Service was great, our waiter was nice and attentive. We will be back to try other items.

Waiter was super helpful and kind. I had the farmers plate everything was really good on the plate. The vealwurst stood out more then anything. Hands down the best sausage I've ever had.
