We love golden pizza , but i gotta say their customer service needs to improve! I called the place today and put me on hold for about 5 minutes then they just hanged up on me, I called back 2 more times and no answer. :/

ROACHES!!! ZERO Stars! Started off enjoying pizza, wings and some cheese bread. My Son went to grab a slice of the supreme pizza and saw there were two small roaches!! Instantly grossed out he grabbed the box and tossed it out. Out went the remaining on what we started on as well. My Son was furious not only had his family eaten the food but his pregnant girlfriend had also eaten. My Son reached out to Golden Pizza and was told by the Male Manager they don't have roaches - 1. are you fucking kidding me? 2 - are you implying we have roaches? He asked us to bring the pizza back to which we let him know that we had thrown it out. He said there was nothing he could do. He and the female working were not at all helpful and completely rude to both myself and my Son. We did reach out to another Golden Pizza, we spoke to Jazmin, she was 100% different. She apologized for the incident on the roaches and how we were treated. She took our contact information and said she would forward it so we may be contacted. I will be reaching out to the Health Department first thing tomorrow.

I like them but for some reason they always give me burnt and I mean extremely burnt breadsticks I think maybe lady don’t like me because my breadsticks are always burnt when she’s there like I just got a order literally right now and my breasts burned I didn’t even feel like going back in and saying nothing. I just said the hell with it I just never come back four times in a row.
Did a phone order! Was told it was going to be ready in 25 minutes, The employee that took my phone order asked me for my name! I said okay! When I showed up, the employees told me I never made a phone order! Had me waiting another 20 minutes

I payed for 2 pepperoni ? and got 2 pineapple. I love pineapple pizza but nobody else did. My house turned on me and proceeded to beat me. I waited 25 minutes and payed $20 to get the wrong stuff. That also means someone else got my order when they expected pineapples. I'm betting they got beat too?
