Great Khan's Mongolian Grill San Bernardino

Visiting the IE at our kids home and we decided to order some magnolia BBQ. We want pick up so we knew the customization options would be limited. Great Khan’s was my daughter recommendation. Son in law recommended another in the area. We ordered and took the drive and although it didn’t disappoint it didn’t wow us either. The noodles were good the meat wasn’t tough. But overall just lacked a burst of flavors. Maybe someday we will go in to the restaurant and rate service and ambiance. For now solid mid road experience and food.

Food poisoning for 2 days. Got the pork and beef, it tasted good, but I got sick.

Went to this restaurant at the mall in San Bernardino. Ugh! Never again the meats were mostly fat, there wasn’t anything resembling Mongolian sauce. Garlic, chilis, oyster sauce & lemon juice. ???The noodles were gross & chewy

The only thing I believe that this restaurant needs is that when purchasing online they should really secure the food before given to the door dasher or whomever picks it up! I would appreciate it more if they would and I would feel more secure to eat my food🙂 Not saying one would mess with the food just for security purposes⭐️

Change ur hours u do not close at 8:30 you close at 7:30

So me and my family like to come here but I don’t know what happened today because usually the staff is pretty nice but today they were really rude and not friendly.And also my grandma accidentally dropped something into the food containers so we tried to get it out of it and they said that we couldn’t get our hands in the containers.But then they told us that we could not grab it because the food goes on the same grill.

Today me and my wife decided to drive 40 mins just to come here as our last couple of visits just for here was amazing, I’m not sure what happened tonight as we are hungry after a little Christmas shopping, the 3 young gentle men very rude and very not nice, a lot of standing around and No rice, I asked were they gonna be able to make some, they said no because it takes to long and they are trying to leave when they are closed. Very unprofessional, grill was not cleaned and we asked if they could clean the grill before putting our food down and they said no it stays like that, but after we got our food they cleaned and looked at us and laughed, never in my life have I been treated like that, I or I should say we will not be coming back

Portions were extremely small
My son got two pieces of vegetables a small portion of meat in hopes of getting more noodles.He then receive his box half way full.When asked why and if they can please add more noodles we were turned away with bad attitudes..spent almost 40 dollars on 1 1/2 bowls.
The customer service representative and cook were both no help and rude!
Never coming back

Don’t give any noodles the cooks are disrespectful way to overpriced for the portions

Jose helped me. I saw that there was a $9.99 beef bowl it was my first time ever going to this place so I assumed it was one of those beef bowls that they make in front of you. When he was just about to Fill the bowl with premade beef I told him that I changed my mind and wanted a refund. He proceeded to give me a refund, But made sure to keep the tip that I had added to the order. I hope the buck and change Was worth your one star review, Jose

It's in a mall food court. Good food. But the options are limited due to space. And they give way too many noodles.
