My first time eating here, and it was great! You make your own bowl, and when I was putting it together I did not know they were going to cook it. I thought I was going to eat it raw ?. I just used a little bit of veggies, and a generous amount of tofu. My bowl was still not completely full. I told the cashier there wasn’t room for noodles. He said, “I’ll make room.” I gave the bowl to him, and he put 3 big tongs of noodles on top. Then threw it on the grill for the cook to cook. The cook poor’s a brown liquid on it, and steams everything. Then it’s all put into a larger container. Everything was cooked fine, but I didn’t use a lot of veggies. If you want you could ask them to cook a little longer to make sure the veggies are softer.Vegetarian options: Tofu, veggies, etc.

I've been to this location three times now. The first time everything was fine. The food was good. Service was good. The second time I attempted the guy at the front didn't even acknowledge me. He just kept cleaning and stocking so I left it's been months and I thought I'd try it again today. Same guy. Same thing. I didn't even order food . They need someone new to run the front this guy is rude I'm bad for businessI will not attempt a fourth time. And I will say the first visit there was someone different there

Disgusting!!!!!! Not only is this place overpriced for the food you get. The grill on which they make your food is filthy!!!!!! After driving 20mins from this place to my house and opening my box to eat I noticed it was tons of char from the dirty grill in my food making it COMPLETELY INEDIBLE! Every bite felt like it was dipped in sand because it was so much char. Wouldn’t feed this to my dog or worst enemy. STAY AWAY! It’s many better options in the same area for Mongolian BBQ.

Terrible customer service, the person in charge at the front was very rude and has no sense of hospitality, raised his voice when saying not to overpack food or make mess yet they say not to push your food down when technically that’s the only way you can prevent toppings from falling over. Overall this place is very stingy with their food even after you agree to pay 17+ for a bowl it’s not worth the very little amount that they only allow you to get.

Went here as many times to determine my review will be consistent & IT'S YES!!!!!! I've been eating mongolian grill however, this is the Only Branch, Staffs especially the cashier who always serves me are rude, no smile always telling to all customers no pressing ingredients nor using hands and it always end up a very very bland food. In all Mongolian grill except here they don't have this kind of attitude. Also, they're giving you a chili oil that has no oil ~ all seeds?? Food here is very very expensive even with their own coupons. Customer service here is always very very POOR????I DON'T EVER RECOMMEND AT ALL THIS TO ANYONE?

I'm good at stacking my bowl, but they stand acting like the food comes out their pocket. For 20 bucks I'm sure they still make a profit. Don't be mad at the player. Be mad at the game. I've bin wanting to go to the one in Victoria garden as well. Pretty much anywhere but here. I just go here cuz it's closest and I dont tip anymore.

Only issue I have is that there are no free refills on drinks which is fine But when you ask them for something extra they get a little annoyed. But we have been coming here for years and are always satisfied and pleased overall.
