Gus Jr. used to be my go-to breakfast spot because their breakfast burritos were the best. I recently went there and got a sausage breakfast burritos, and there were more hashbrowns in the burritos sausage and eggs. There were some much hashbrowns that I could barely taste the sausage and eggs, and it made the burritos dry. If you are going to charge $10 for a "sausage and egg" burrito, you should be able to taste the sausage and eggs over the hashbrowns.
