Hi Frank's we are regular customers we love your food especially your breakfast. It's our Sunday place to go because we know the food is delicious but this morning we were let down because we asked for well-done hash browns and when we got home to find out our hash browns were raw. We spent 47.00 total for our order altogether .So we went back and of course you fixed your order thank you very much it was delicious but I have to say that you're older short lady who works at the front desk was very rude to us and we were trying to be nice to her and we were but she continued to give us dirty looks and roll her eyes at us because she messed up. We told her three times to make sure our hash browns were well done and they weren't. We are good customers and we didn't deserve the looks and the attitude that she was giving to us. This is not the first time she has been rude to us she was also rude to us at the drive-thru a couple of weeks ago. Please give her a talking to because what she did to us was wrong we didn't deserve to be treated that way by her for a mistake she made not us. Like we said we love your food and we appreciate your service we will be returning and hopefully we will get get the service we deserve specially when we pay with our hard-earned money to give to for your delicious food... again thank you. God bless and keep you safe always.
P.s. Your younger female is always sweet and polite and so far has never made a mistake. She's very professional.

Since I moved away I'm kind of far from a place that I love their breakfast burritos so when I'm hungry and in the area I will stop in and buy one and eat in
Parking: The spots that are for franks burgers are a limit to about 8 to 10 parking spots right around from the drive thru and if you don't have time to even hassle with trying to park you have full access to the drive thru.
Kid-friendliness: The even sell kiddy meals for your kids plus they even have high chairs for infants to sit in while you as a parent are enjoying the food the kids and the atmosphere
Wheelchair accessibility: They do have a couple of disability parking spots there but the way that they built this place it's doors are really not equipped to automatically open

Just left there buying a tuna melt. So disappointed they don’t grill the tuna on the bread. The tuna was watery with a fishy taste, which means they didn’t drain it properly. They put lettuce and tomatoes which I asked them not to. I come to understand everyone cannot make a tuna melt. You could not see the cheese , the girl said it melted which it should but not to the point where it blended in with tuna and you only see tuna.

I seen they have charbroiled burgers and got excited for the smoky flavor. Ordered my double cheeseburger but there was no smokey flavor and my meat patty had no salt and pepper also the meat patties were kinda thin in my opinion??? I was disappointed. Idk if I got them on a bad day or time. It was just okay. Drive thru wasn't busy. The chili cheese fries were good tho?

My friend and I went for breakfast service okay food ? I had pancakes eggs sausage yuck pancakes horrible tasted like corn meal, eggs overcooked sausage tasted like meat substitute can't believe the food changed so drastically. I won't be going back?

Heavily underrated place the portions are massive for what you get. I ordered the burger and carne asada fries and they were both really good. The order came out in a timely manner would come here again.
