H Salt Fish & Chips

This establishment is truly a hidden gem. I can’t believe I had never discovered it before. The quality and flavor of their seafood far exceed expectations—this is what Long John Silver’s and the Filet-O-Fish aspire to be.

Once I realized there was an H Salt location in San Bernardino I made the 45 minute drive to have lunch here. This place is an absolute GEM. Not only were the fish and chips perfect just like the original H.Salt style I remember, the owners have done an excellent job preserving this gorgeous H Salt to look exactly the way it should.

It's like walking into an English Pub. The owners are very nice. We're glad we found it. The fish was delicious 😋 😍 👌 the fries were tender not over fried or greasy. It's a 25 minute drive from our home via the 210 fwy. It's worth the trip. We will call in our order next time sans the 20 minute wait and eat in. 😋 Love it.

This is just one of those places you have to try. The best fish and chips restaurant that i've ever been to. I can't say much more. Try it out. You won't regret it. 5 Stars!

Not all it is cracked up to be. Got a Fish/Shrimp combo platter.
Fish was real and flakey, chips were good, shrimp was over cooked and tuff to chew. Over all...nothing had any flavor to it. Guess that explains the hundreds of salt/pepper packets on the counter. Was recommended by a friend, but I do not recommend this place.

Fish here is absolute FIRE! Prefectly breaded and fried. It's in the ghetto but can't think of anywhere that has better fish and chips. No complaints, will be returning.

Not a big fan of fish, went here for the wife because she is/was a fan of H Salt Fish & Chips from back in the day but they also offer chicken which I have to say was truly delicious. Wife loved the fish. It’s in a kinda shady part of town so I would recommend going either for lunch or an early dinner.
