Straight up exactly what you remember. 80s atmosphere. Great food. Get the Family Kettle, some extra tartar sauce, and dig in. 5*. Great people. Great food.

I worked at long John slivers in Victorville on Palmdale road when I was 18-21. We didn’t have a drive through so our fish was fresh all the time and It was damn good when I worked there. But H-Salt hands down beats the LJS I used to eat everyday. Me and my family travel down from vv to San Bernardino just for that fish. It’s that good

Food was fantastic, the way I remembered.
BUT the atmosphere is old and dark which was discouraging to me.
I worry about what lurks in the dark!
Love this place. They always put our food in a box for us because we have small children. Everything is always cooked fresh. Definitely one of our favorite places to go.
