I have received no service at all, only robots bring food and drink, no servers there to clean up plates and bowls. Long wait to even have server to order more food.
Seafood section isn’t fresh.
Food is below average. Don’t waste your time and money here.

The service here was HORRIBLE i will never be coming back, they came to check our table only twice for the two hours we were here.. they close at 10 and told us that the ice cream machines and food would stop being served at 9:45 and stopped serving at 9:20… when we asked they had an attitude about giving us more time. Definitely wasn’t worth almost $40.. this was the worst hotspot place i’ve ever been too won’t be returning. Horrible service horrible everytjing.. id rate it a 5/10

Today I went in excited for my meal and I was truly disappointed with the service. I was sat a booth that didn’t fit my size and asked our server Audrey to move to a table with chairs, unfortunately I am going through allergys and asked we be sat away from the door but she let me know that a seat next to the door was my only option even though the restaurant was almost completely empty and there was plenty of tables that would have suited me better. I felt very uncomfortable with the seating and her attitude the entire time. I asked the second server alyssa if we could speak to whoever was in charge, she let me know they wanted me to write down a statement rather than talking to me in person about my experience! That was the cherry on top of the completely mediocre service. Will NOT be returning and paying almost $40 for non accommodation and rude servers.

This place is so interesting! The robot servers are a fun addition to this bright, clean atmosphere. The variety of meats, veggies, noodles and seasonings is amazing! Unique items like quail eggs, octopus and various shrooms can be found at the food bar. I'm not a hot pot fanatic but this place converted me! 10/10!

Food is excellent, but it little bit confusing at first. Not knowing what to do , or where to get started. Billing was major issue for me. I went Thursday, they waited till Tuesday to fully process it thru .

We were there a few days ago and we ask one of the employees if they do any time of discount with people that have bariatric surgery. And to my surprise she just said unfortunately we don't... I just think they need to be mindful im sure im not the only one in the same situation , I can only eat 3 oz of protein (meat) and we want to join our families bit is ridiculous paying all that money for the amount of food we can consume. . Is just my opinion and it was going to be our first time trying hotpot.

I really like the concept and am glad that there’s a spot in SB for all you can eat hot pot. Lots of meat and vegetable options, and a la carte items for those who might want a little bit extra. And self-service soft drink area. Good value for the price!
