Bad attention. I could see that no one was saved from the bad mood of the employee (or owner?) who was extremely rude. The place, poorly maintained, poor hygiene. The food, average. They should emphasize customer service. I think we deserve a little respect. I don't think I'll go back.

The pupusas here are great, but man, is it slow. I was waiting an hour for my order. I'm not exaggerating either because the girl in the front even said sorry. By the time my order was done, I wasn't hungry anymore. I think it's only one lady cooking in the back tho so I tried to be very patient. The seating area is not great either. Still the food is great. If you have an hour to spare then definitely try it here.

Terrible service, disgust since I placed the order over the phone and when I went to pick it up, how sad if they don't like their job, look for one where they feel comfortable so as not to receive customers like that because it is because of them that the business works.
"There's a 45 minute wait to get ANY good, even 1 pupusa, because we're doing a big order"NopeThese nice folks can't figure out how to make a single serving walk-in order and just deliver the large order 2 minutes later?That's just unfortunately bad kitchen management.Who knows how the food is, because they refuse to employee enough critical thinking to MAKE ? AN ?ORDER! ?Cannot recommend.

Don't hesitate to get pupusas here. They're freshly made and delicious. I've had the bean and cheese, spinach and cheese and jalapeno and cheese.

I can't even review the food because we walked out after a very rude encounter with the cashier. A lot of items on the menu were not available and then she proceeded to rush us. I do encourage owner to train or hire better.
