My husband & I came to eat before going to the symphony down the block. It was very tasty. I was expecting things to be slow because it was Saturday at lunch but they were pretty quick. The service was mostly courteous & friendly.

I went and had dinner tonight with my family . Food and service was great as usual . However While I was waiting for my food and even after while we sat and ate a women/man not sure came in not ordering anything and spent 20+min filling up their used store shopping bags with ice along with multiple personal large cups ( also with soda) .I watched several customers wait in line to use the other soda machine while this person continued to take up residency to fill all her dirty bags and cups .He/she was all over the soda machine trying to get the ice in the shopping bags. It was so unsanitary !! The security officer was standing outside off to the side on her phone and I watched probably several employees inside look at the situation and turn away not saying anything . The person finished and then proceeded out the door taking a huge stack of napkins . She/he left and walked right by the security guard . This person has obviously done this before and it appears that it is allowed . I was absolutely shocked!!

The car line impedes traffic every day. There will be accidents if not already. In n Out knows of the problem, it needs to be addressed. Find another location, stay away from this store. Until the drive through line is fixed so other cars don't have to drive on the wrong side of the road I won't go there. It's no joke... Sorry in n out, you have billions of dollars, fix it or close it.
There is always a long line here at in&out I like what they did with the parking lot but I feel like they should open an east side entrance to deride the flow of traffic. The food is always bomb tho.

Parking is a little tight, but they are always so busy.. the food is really good. Very easy menu. They do hamburgers! And they do them well. Fresh fries, never frozen. Employees are always in a friendly mood. A nice treat to eat here.

In the heart of the city of San Bernardino late at night. This restaurant was on its "A" game! The customer service was great. Everyone's food was out in a Jiffy. The restaurant was clean. You can't help but notice how the employees here and all In-N-Out restaurants operate as a very well-oiled machine.
