As much as I love in and out i am sad to say the first time I received fries that were extremely salty. The second time I've come, the patty was raw I had to toss my food. :( I had friends over so I did not look at my food before I ate but as soon as I looked it was red still.

I'm always surprised with how affordable the food is here and it really seems like it is ignoring inflation. You can tell how much fresher and high quality the food is compared to other fast food restaurants. The empty tables weren't clean but it was also the dinner rush so it's understandable.
It's In-N-Out. The only thing that's appealing is the price. It's not that good. It's like the Starbucks of the burger world. Stupid people sit in line for how long to get a cheap burger. How much is your time worth? The fries always suck, which I can guess why they don't charge as much as other places that have flavor in their food. In-N-Out is literally a waste of time. Great tourist trap. But I'd totally go for a Tommy's burger before I ever want In-N-Out.
Kid-friendliness: Same as any other tourist trap. It's In-N-Out. Of course it's not kid friendly. If you are a responsible parent, then maybe

My food is consistently omitted. I observed an employee setting my spread aside, and subsequently, a colleague returned it to the refrigerator without inquiring about its removal for a customer.

They had staff smiling and waving to the patrons driving into their parking lot and drive-thr, but once parked or stopped, told us they were closed and to go elsewhere. No explanation as to why or signage.
Communication about the closure could've been better orchestrated.

Obviously food is 5 stars. You expect to wait in a long, slow line at any In n Out. Bit understaffing and poor management makes this location absolutely intolerable. 45 minutes made me extremely late. This same type of line takes me 10 minutes at other locations. Never again. Once you get in line your you are stuck.

Super clean, I actually saw a person cleaning tbe kitchen floor at lunchtime! 6 stars for service and atmosphere. I got a double double which was ok, but I could taste the salt which was buzz kill. Veggies all seemed especially fresh. Fries were crispy and a low ratio of morsels (smaller than my little finger.) That was a nice surprise.

Worker “Elaine” outside taking orders had an attitude. I understand you’re working outside but I can’t blame the weather since it wasn’t too hot or cold. She just seemed to be having not so good of a day and taking it out on customers. This is the first time I get attitude from an In-n-out worker.
