It's Boba Time - San Bernardino

specifically said no Boba when my drink came out was Boba and I had allergic reaction and died

The drink availability is based on who is working. One visit you can order a modified drink the next visit they tell you they can't make it at all if it's not exactly like listed on menu list.

The macaroons were stale and spicy.
They lied to me saying the drink machine broke when in reality it was fine.
I spent a while to get to the place and didn’t meet my expectations.wouldn’t recommend

This place closes at nine (so it says on google) and ALWAYS rejects door dash orders after 7:30? Also can’t even find the store on doordash after 8. I’m not those that order 5 minutes before they close either its ridiculous you guys cancel a door dash order at 7:30.

Got mango tea with boba yesterday (02/03/25). My least favorite boba place in the IE thus far. Boba pearls have a dry texture when you bite into them and they’re also flavorless. The drink itself tasted artificial (yes I do understand that all drink places use flavored syrups but this was TOO noticeable). It tasted like lip gloss oddly enough… Customer service was very friendly and it was also clean in the dining area—those are my only compliments.

Like all It’s Boba Time locations, this one has that strong bleach/cleaner smell when you walk in. That said, it was clean and not busy when I stopped by on a Sunday around 3 PM. Service was quick, but they were out of all strawberry products—including strawberry popping boba—which was a little disappointing. Also didn't have napkins or hand sanitizer stocked.

Overwhelming odor of fabuloso. Immediately had to walk out.

I know, I know being right next to the university we all kind of expect it to be staffed by checked out and semi rude college kids schlepping through their shift. Well, you are half right, the staff was clearly all University aged women, but they were definitely not rude nor schlepping. The young ladies behind the counter were polite, attentive and great at their job. I know it's only making Boba and not saving the world, but I always appreciate when someone puts forth their best effort, no matter the task at hand, and so it was with these two. The Boba as always was delicious and the Hawaiian tea my friend ordered tasty. Give it a shot, bring your family for a treat, they won't be disappointed.

We came 20 minutes before they closed. As we were walking towards the door it was basically closed in our faces

Walked in and saw cashier sitting down, looked like she was in a hurry taking my order because they definitely got my order wrong. I didn’t bother complaining because the workers didn’t seem approachable.
