The drink availability is based on who is working. One visit you can order a modified drink the next visit they tell you they can't make it at all if it's not exactly like listed on menu list.

Like all It’s Boba Time locations, this one has that strong bleach/cleaner smell when you walk in. That said, it was clean and not busy when I stopped by on a Sunday around 3 PM. Service was quick, but they were out of all strawberry products—including strawberry popping boba—which was a little disappointing. Also didn't have napkins or hand sanitizer stocked.

I know, I know being right next to the university we all kind of expect it to be staffed by checked out and semi rude college kids schlepping through their shift. Well, you are half right, the staff was clearly all University aged women, but they were definitely not rude nor schlepping.
