My experience use to be great but now they really don’t care about there customer last night I was in drive thru line for 17 minutes just for two chicken sandwiches it was ridiculous

I wish I could give no stars i was on my way to jack in the box and witnessed the manager throwing water on a homeless lady multiple times she was not doing anything to deserve the water being thrown on her this is horrible I can't believe a manager would do that jack in the box you need to do better this is ready bad

After a long day of working I went to buy a double jack and they forgot to put the second patty and it looked like someone fall on it :( at-less the lady was nice when I was ordering

Don't come to this jack in a box, I've had multiple bad incidents here where the staff made me feel unwelcome and given me the wrong orders and food multiple times. I don't recommend this location at all.

I went last night 9/7/25 first of all the customer service was NOT there, secondly they forgot a 4 piece nugget so yes I went right back and she was giving me a hard time but I did end up getting them, thirdly I ordered some spicy wedge fries which I believed is what caused me to get food poisoning, I was throwing up all night and it’s the next night I still haven’t been able to eat anything I been nauseous all day. The wedges were cold due to me having to go back I only ate two the cheese looked nasty and I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody. Just a MESS. Do better👎

I visited this store with my husband for a late night food run. It was 10:40pm on May 9th. We ordered alot of food and were able to use coupons. The food was hot, the service was great. The young Mexican girl was super friendly and fast. This is the best Jack n box I have been too around town. I recommend

Went to the Fontana location on cherry and foothill Blvd. The service was great. The woman that worked the drive through was very friendly. I wish I got her name because her upbeat attitude stayed with me all day.
