Late at night thru the drive thru...not a lot of staff...waiting to get off, not as fast, and I got the feeling they didn't want to be there.

The food was good, and the service was slow. It took about 30 minutes for a kids' meal. The restaurant was clean.

I just got home from ordering my son food after school since I won’t be home leaving to work. I ordered a three-piece chicken strip meal. We came home and as I was leaving, he told me they gave him eggrolls. I called the location. Someone answered. I told them what happened and they said you can just bring it back And will give you chicken strips. I told her I’m on my way to work. She never apologized or gave me a name our phone hung up so I tried calling back only to be forwarded to a voicemail multiple times I think there’s ever a mistake made a nice quick apology would’ve been nice instead. I got no answers after I explained to her that I was leading to work or any name instead our call was just disconnected

Polite, quite place, clean, and staff are helpful. Not like the other Jacks. Very professional life it should. Great job to the team and management.

Best Jack n the box to go to at night, I never get shorted on any orders, never have to ask for utensils, and I never have to wait a long time before I get to chow down!

The tall guy working at the drive thru this saturday morning at about 530 am had GREAT customer service 🙂 Definitely the best tasting breakfast sandwiches ive had from any jack in the box. Overall great vibrations for this early morning .

I'm always surprised and wonder why when you go to Jack in The box and order a breakfast burrito and then ask for salsa instead of sauce they never give you any

Food has not tasted the same over the pass few years

Always, great food as expected, very seldom have had issues other than the ordering through their speaker system sometimes have to raise my voice uncomfortable.
M car is very quiet so sometimes have to repeat order. Very good food!

Clean, friendly service, and the food was freshly made.

For those if you Traveling beware they open at 6am it's Franchised. So far the Kid at the window was Nice and they actually didn't make any mistakes like McDonald's haha, Safe Travels :)
