So... Instead of selling me an almost $4 fish 🐟 sandwich 🥪, they only sell me approximately $2 gringo tacos 🌮🌮. Neither are delicious 😋 but both are satisfactory.

Even though there's always a long line it moves fast worth the wait costumer service is good for the area. Sucks they won't take two seperate orders in one car at the drive thru though other than that don't let the area and residents scare u away there foods just as good as any other location hint there's always a line 😉 recommend if ur near by drive thru is always best at this location it's faster

Placed an online order. App said "Your order will be ready in 7-9 minutes. I guess it meant 7-9 minutes after you arrive. When I got there it wasn't packed up or ready and we waited easily 7-9 minutes After our turn at the counter. I still gave 3 stars for service because I could tell that the staff was doing their best and they didn't skimp on the fries.
The food was standard Jack in the Box. The staff was friendly enough. The dining area had the distinct aroma of homeless people. In the future I will restrict my dealing with this location to the drive thru. Edit 12/13/2024 as requested in their reply I went to the website given and went through all the steps. I'll try to update if anything comes of it. 12/18/2024 They contacted me but basically just said sorry this happened and clarified that the 7-9 minute estimate was NOT supposed to be how long you wait once you get there. No attempt at reparation nor even much of an apology. Seemed mostly like going through the motions. Waste of my time. Going to see if I can downgrade to zero stars.

Sandwiches are made very sloppy not to mention one very small slice of lettuce when you look at the menu on the pictures you would expect to get something that looks like the pictures But you don't !!! won't come back...

Added extra pickles and tomatoes to my order and I had 3 pickles and 2 tomatoes and literally 1 piece of lettuce and 1 piece of onion the burger seemed smaller than if I'd not added anything to it smh

I accidentally bought food for a different location on the app and the other location was unwilling to refund. The manager personally called the other store, helped them process the refund and re-placed my order. Food was hot and fresh but otherwise as expected. The 5 stars are for the service.
