If i would rate this place a zero, I would. My mom just got what looks like a silver rock in her burger, causing a tooth to be chipped. I’ve had problem happen and didn’t think much of it as mine were smaller pieces.

Sign says 24hrs but went through the drive in hand written sign says closed! Parked and went to the front door and it's locked!!! So why have a 24hr sign if your not open 24 hours!??? Very unprofessional on their part!!!!

After 15 minutes for him to push the button for the restroom there's no toilet paper, no seat covers, it stunk to high heaven, and dirty. GOOD GOD, DO BETTER!!

I ordered a number 13 combo which was a chicken sandwich I ended up getting the sandwich I hate the most the buttery jack I told her the number I said number 13 that she was pretty young I get it you know probably her first job but when I told her that I wanted the stuff jalapeno she heard tacos when I told her I wanted a great Powerade she gave me a red Powerade and this all just happened it's 12:53 a.m. I get it you know it's late I'm coming out of work too and you know I'm just trying to get a quick meal didn't get a straw for my drink do better Jack in the box

Order smashed burger fries drive thru . Left the fries old take back gave me different fries. Than get home the burger Nasty the meat old black disgusting. Dry. What kind of pattie is that.
Let's just say I waited almost 4 to 5 minutes before we were helped and it was only 4 workers , Christibol was working drive thru and realized that we hadn't been helped yet, smh .. I asked are you supposed to be working this station and his look said it all but I thanked him anyways and to him I'm definitely doing a review ! Why was the little manger guy ducked off in his phone and the two little women holding full on conversation while we were waiting!!! Help me understand that!! Especially knowing it's only 4 of them working!! IJS

They messed my order up. When I called them and informed them of their mistake, they told me to come in and they would fix my order. And they did. No problems.

Homeless people approaching the car when you pull up or at the speaker when you order. Rude individual taking the order as if he's annoyed with any questions about the menu. Sad that a prime location with 24 hrs is being run by people who act like they don't want to be bothered with the customers.
