The sevice was great my friend was mad cause he wanted tiny tacos and we got him a normal taco and he wanted to switch it with a taco without lettuce and hot sauce they switched it out and let us keep the original taco

Ordered the new cluck chicken sandwich munchie meal that now comes with a brownie. Was looking forward to it, but that all went astray when I found out my chicken was hard and dry. I was offered the new brownie only for them to tell me they were all out. They also gave me zero napkins. Seems like the workers were too invested in talking about tattoos and whatnot instead of providing appropriate services. Very unprofessional and lacking in quality.

The worst jack in the box I’ve ever been to they have 3 employees and the place was empty and nobody in the drive thru and still messed up my order. The manager ignored me when I was talking to him and he was looking at me … just the worst !!!
