I paid $15 for this pathetic excuse for a munchies meal I haven’t ate all day and was down to spend more money having to eat out only to stay hungry with this sad meal they give out like it’s one of there number items …. Your better off going to the spot next to it at least give u what u paid for

I hate to write a review like this but, Dahlia has continually made my experiences at this store unpleasant. She had a constant bad attitude in every interaction. Sticking out her hand for my card not even asking for it saying “what sauce” with a sour face and poor attitude. It makes me dread going to Jack in the box simply for food before work and when I hear her voice over the speaker I almost want to just leave. The food is good and fine but her attitude has really put me off this location and this has happened multiple times at this point. I hope this can be resolved and maybe she can have some training on better customer service. Thanks so much.

Ordered a Jumbo Jack and large fries with the Jumbo Jack plain but with onions only. Not only was it overpriced ($10.80) they gave me a Jumbo Jack with everything on it including tomatoes. I’m allergic to tomatoes
