The worst jacks ever. Call me a Karen I do not care. The employees here are so disrespectful. One in particular named “Anthony”. Very rude & entitled. My experiences here are always bad when he’s serving. I mainly went to this Jack’s because I have an autistic child. She is a picky eater, and her safe foods have always been chicken nuggets.( which I know she’s eat EVERY TIME) so per usual I ordered her a meal through the app. Went to receive my order & was met with the most distasteful employee. One when I realized my order was wrong I informed him. He started shouting at me. When I stopped him and told him I needed a manager because there’s no way he’s talking to a customer like that for no reason. The manager came out (Luz) she claimed for his tantrum that I had to receive was because he’s stressed. That’s absolutely no excuse what so ever. Go home if that’s the case. I left trying to let the situation be. I get home & see that I’m missing items. I called the store back. The same employee answered and I asked to speak again with the manager and he said there wasn’t one. I then had to drive all the way back. It’s raining outside. I go & got my refund. Wasted gas on what they should have has ready and correct when it was in fact a mobile order. Sad that these employees are the type that want more pay.

So much wrong at this place. Signs saying no restrooms, they let people use them only at their discretion. We got absolutely no sauce woth our order, when we asked for some we were charged for it. Ordered mummy wrapped tacos, got the wrong tacos. Ordered bacon on my sandwich.....a big no on that, I guess because she didn't give me that either. Ordered Halfisie fries......nope just got regular. $34 later and I feel ripped off

Don’t forget to add your sauces to mobile order!!!!! I ordered online and forgot to add my sauces to mobile order. When we got to the window I asked for 2 sauces…just 2. I was told I needed to pay for them. I explained I forgot to add them to my order and normally they would have been free. Didn’t matter. Person there must be paying for them out of their own paycheck cause I had to pay .39 cents for each.

I've got to say this is a solid Jack in the Box. The lines never been very long and they always get me my food super quick. Everyone's always been friendly. It's easy to get into the drive-thru easy to get back out on the road. I always enjoy the egg rolls with ranch dressing.

Worse service received in any place. I walked in with my pregnant wife and just want to order couple spicy chicken combo and a Swiss beckon sandwich A la cart. This Latino lady ignore us first then when we told her we are ready she point at the deals menu on the ordering desk asking with flat tone saying do you want the deal without explaining what they are. Being easy going we said sure and plus additional 2 sandwiches on the side since it's already coming with a sandwich, 2 fries and a drink. The lady seems to be having hard time to comprehend our orders and starting to raise her voice (Shouting) questioning our order, and talk down to us like we didn't understand how deals work. After repeating 3 times she still just entered 2 sandwiches initially. After few more screaming conversations the order was finally completed and manager later came out to deliver our order. During the entire process no apologies for any of her actions. Will not go back or recommend to anyone I know.

This location is always screwing up our order. Once my taco was bit and claimed they didn’t do that! I’m like lady, you guys messed up on my break fast sandwich gave me ham instead of sausage. Gave us a cold to the touch munchie meal!!! What’s the point of calling when my bf ate half because he’s hungry! We are not driving back or calling to complain when they are always messing up on our orders!! They need new management because the manager seems like she doesn’t care about customer service or our food!!

I called tonight to let them know that they mess up my order all the time and I want to put in an order and make sure that they don't screw it up this time! This girl with a accent said well if we always mess up your order why do you still come here! I asked what's your name and she hung up!! Lmao wow stay on the phone miss big pants!! Haha she hung up like the no one she is Omg umm you should not be working here!! I would like to speak to corporate so they know that they have a worker who does not know how to handle their job. So unprofessional!!!! As a business owner I know not one of my employees would ever talk to my customers this way!! We are professional! Obviously this girl who speaks with an accent absolutely!!! doesn't care!!! I refuse to let this go. I live across from Jack's and I come here on a daily!! I ordered food online and they wouldn’t let me inside the store to pick up my food but they let other people inside for some reason. They had a sign up saying closed for dine in but I was just going to pick up my food and leave but they wouldn’t let me inside
