If i could give this jack in the box zero stars i really would this place never has anything they claim their always out of something because they don’t want to make it, the staff is very unprofessional, their always yelling through the intercom, they tried charging me for sauces, & they always get the orders wrong.This place is the worse.

Order taker missed the first thing I ordered, and despite asking for NO TOMATOES on my 2nd item, there were tomatoes AND I didn’t receive the 2 Tacos I Paid for. Staff seemed to be hanging around the Managers office joking and laughing. FAIL!

The worst jacks ever. Call me a Karen I do not care. The employees here are so disrespectful. One in particular named “Anthony”. Very rude & entitled. My experiences here are always bad when he’s serving. I mainly went to this Jack’s because I have an autistic child. She is a picky eater, and her safe foods have always been chicken nuggets.( which I know she’s eat EVERY TIME) so per usual I ordered her a meal through the app. Went to receive my order & was met with the most distasteful employee. One when I realized my order was wrong I informed him. He started shouting at me. When I stopped him and told him I needed a manager because there’s no way he’s talking to a customer like that for no reason. The manager came out (Luz) she claimed for his tantrum that I had to receive was because he’s stressed. That’s absolutely no excuse what so ever. Go home if that’s the case. I left trying to let the situation be. I get home & see that I’m missing items. I called the store back. The same employee answered and I asked to speak again with the manager and he said there wasn’t one. I then had to drive all the way back. It’s raining outside. I go & got my refund. Wasted gas on what they should have has ready and correct when it was in fact a mobile order. Sad that these employees are the type that want more pay.
So much wrong at this place. Signs saying no restrooms, they let people use them only at their discretion. We got absolutely no sauce woth our order, when we asked for some we were charged for it. Ordered mummy wrapped tacos, got the wrong tacos. Ordered bacon on my sandwich.....a big no on that, I guess because she didn't give me that either. Ordered Halfisie fries......nope just got regular. $34 later and I feel ripped off

Don’t forget to add your sauces to mobile order!!!!! I ordered online and forgot to add my sauces to mobile order. When we got to the window I asked for 2 sauces…just 2. I was told I needed to pay for them. I explained I forgot to add them to my order and normally they would have been free. Didn’t matter. Person there must be paying for them out of their own paycheck cause I had to pay .39 cents for each.
