Very good. For not being a corporate run unit, at least the prices aren't outrageous like most of the other independently run units. But with CA minimum wage paying workers here $20/hr. minimum to start as of Jan 2024(while a college grad with a bachelor's degree is lucky to get paid anything over $16-$18/hr. in many skilled fields), I'm sure the prices here will become more unreasonable in given time. This is the worse location ever. came on my lunch brake my chicken sandwich which was burned and my taco was burned as well crazy thing is in my taco was no meat lol and who' got the mad face the drive thru lady on 1/26/24 about 12:50 pm can u imagine if I told her my food was burned and no meat ..I didn't even try how mad she was never going back

The late night server Giovanni is spot on with our orders and amazing. His customer service is fantastic. He goes above and beyond at all times. We Uber Eats deliver and he makes sure we always have our customers orders quickly and all order items are packaged up nice and neat with napkins, sauces ordered etc. Way to go Jack in hiring this young man. Establishment is always clean, the food tastes good even in the early early morning hours.

Alan was very helpful once I got to order told me to wait at least 15 mins and as I did and went back was ready to take my order that's what I'm talking about service was very nice respectfully and got me my food nice and hot that's what fast food is about doing your job right like this man and was well manner thank you sir cause I worked 17 hr shift and was very hungry and was looking for a place to get food and Mr.Alan help me thank you sir

Not only did they just haphazardly throw my wife's sandwich in there with not a single care given, but they also shorted her a hashbrown. Weirdly enough, I expect to be given all the food I paid for, not some of it.

my god never ordering breakfast here again went this morning to eat, literally right after I finished my food, I got this extremely painful stomach ache it's been 4 hours & it's only gotten worse, feeling nauseous af at times, never coming here again.

Very disappointed. This is my buttery Jack . This is terrible. Looks nothing like the photo. No lettuce, no tomato. No ketchup. Dry. Burnt. Flat bread. Was very disappointed when I got home and opened this box. We spent $22 for two meals and my wife ordered regular chicken strips and they gave her spicy. What's going on?! Would like a refund Jack in the box.
I bought two double sourdough jacks, tacos, and large fries they were all cold. The associate was very rude. Very bad experience. Don’t understand. It makes me never want to come back to Jack-in-the-Box in.

Drive thru line takes forever I was only one in line so I know it was because three busy I sat for about 5 mins then was told to move to front there clearly I sign on clip board saying drive thru line needs to get faster asap clearly they don't inforced it
