Paid for two additions of bacon on my sandwich and got half of one soggy slice. Pathetic. Give me my money back.

I went to the drive thru today at around 6:00PM. The person on the speaker said, “what?” In the rudest voice. I then asked for sauce for my order and she said, “you can remind me at the window.” I told her she was being rude and she said she wasn’t and that I told her to repeat herself. Im not sure if it’s a generational thing or what, but I’m assuming this was a younger person on the speaker. Unfortunately, this person needs more training on customer service, and unfortunately I cannot recommend this location for the lousy customer service.

Why does your pre-recorded person speaking through the intercom @:the drive thru greet me with a normal American voice and then suddenly the actual live employee sounds like they just entered the country yesterday from a Spanish speaking country?

Maggie had the greatest service at 12 midnight with fast pace reaction and a smile to top it all off! Wonderful service

Would give less if I could. Depressing, too expensive, feel like I have to take out a second mortgage on the house just to eat. Order $30 worth of food and all I get is one ranch and one barbecue. Embarrassing. Avoid fast food if you can, your wallet will thank you. Also, the lady running the shift is extremely rude and snappy, I shouldn't be made to feel like I'm interrupting or being an inconvenience, especially being a customer. Do better.
