I walked in and was greeted with a smile! The customer service was great and it is real authentic Thai Food! The Thai food was made fast & fresh by order! I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai Noodles and it was amazing! Great flavor and so delicious! The Cream Cheese Wontons were crunchy, filled with plenty of cream cheese and were overall Delicious! The ambiance was very cute and intimate and has a very home-y feel. I can't wait to come back to try the Drunken Noodles suggested by the kind lady employee who helped me!!!!

I ordered Jackpot Thai on DoorDash. I ordered Chicken congee, shrimp, silver noodle soup, and yellow curry with pork… All of the food is so good… Very delicious and it was very hot on Delivery. You get your moneys worth. I got a lot of food, and it was not under priced or overpriced… It was perfectly priced! I am very pleased with the food… The taste is amazing… I have tried a few Thai restaurants in the area and I will definitely be keeping this as one my go to restaurant for Thai food! Definitely what I consider comfort food!Dietary restrictions: I cannot eat a lot of greasy food because of stomach issues and this food was perfect, not greasy!

If you love authentic Thai food this is the place to go! The food and customer service are amazing. I had the chicken wontons and beef fried rice with Thai tea and was so pleased with it all. The flavors are so delicious and you can really taste the smokiness and bold flavors in the food. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!!!

I first heard about Jackpot Thai several years ago from a colleague at work who would go there often on his lunch break. I never tried it, mostly just because other Thai restaurants are a little closer to where we live. Last night we 'tried' ordering Thai food from another Thai place (which shall remain nameless) but they did not accept our large order of $180, because they stated that their limit for an order was $100. So I ordered mostly the same dishes from Jackpot Thai, and not only was the food just as good or maybe better than the nameless Thai place that didn't want our money, it was about $30 cheaper. I have not been inside of Jackpot, so I cannot speak to its ambiance; frankly it's not much to look at from the outside, and easy to miss because it's small. But the food was very good, and the prices are probably the best for Thai food in the area. Will order from them again!
