I wanted to order 7 items. Went to the store around 10am so it’s not like it’s late at the end of the day. They handed me over a list of about 8 items written on a piece of little paper including strawberries, toppings for bowls that are not available. How could you run a Juice business without 8 items that are necessary for almost all the items? And then when I went to order something else she goes, the bananas aren’t fresh. Man, if this wasn’t for somebody else I would’ve turned back and gone forget Juice ever again. I would not come back here ever again.

Made an order today on the app just to get there and it be closed keep in mind I did that at 8:13am they supposedly open at 7am which wasn’t the case today all I got was disappointment and no refund which is honestly sad because I am a big fan of Jamba Juice this one just isn’t a good one

Be careful when you ask for substitutes. I asked and was told yes, however I was not told the price triple. The store is limited on how to resolve issues. This took place on 7/7/25 @ 1:08 p.m. As of 7/21/25 I have not received my refund. I did call the Corporate office, this store is individually owned. I'll wait my 7-10 business days for refund, if not received. I will escalate to the next level with small claims. Now it's the principal of the issue. Staff just need to be trained to inform customers that the price will change.

earlier today, when I entered to order, the cashier working in the front. A young man helped us with our order, we heard yelling multiple times somewhere in the back, I’m sure it was a worker in the back yelling, ā€œBABE BABEā€ which caught us by surprise I feel was unprofessional which sounded as if they were on the phone. The young man had apologized to us sincerely multiple times even though he was occupied he paused what he was doing, it’s also not the first time i’ve seen people working alone understaffed which for an establishment that serves food or drinks shouldn’t have anything below 1 person and for them to have two people today and one was in the back yelling is absurd, and the young man in the front having to deal with that is not ethical. but he did apologize multiple times, which i appreciated but feel he shouldn’t have to apologize because of another workers actions.

I recently ordered jamba for Togo, then I discovered shredded plastic in my juice. I’ve been ordering through the app with no issue in other locations. This is the first time I’ve encountered this issue, and I found more plastic inside the juice. The smoothie tasted watered down. Been ordering Jamba never had a major issue like this. There’s more inside!!! I would have returned it, but I dont want to drive back since it’s rush hour.

The employees are friendly enough, but I've been here a few times and they are never able to make juices. It's either the machine or they don't have the supplies.

My goodness... Jamba Juice really needs to step up their recruitment. It isn't fair to the employees to only have one person per store. I was waiting for a while for one kid to take my order. The other patrons were also waiting a good 15 min. There was only one kid there. It wasnt his fault, this location usually one has one person working there and it is so not fair. Do better Jamba juice.

Gloves should be worn while cutting fruit, and hands should be washed after picking up traah... what ever you touch also touches the food

I have ordered on Uber Eats to pick up and they mentioned that they are out of ingredients to prepare the order when I went to pickup. It was disappointing. They could atleast update their order based on the availability
