Gloves should be worn while cutting fruit, and hands should be washed after picking up traah... what ever you touch also touches the food
I was helped by one of the nicest people in the food service industry. His mannerism was everything. He would be why I would come back to the establishment.

I have ordered on Uber Eats to pick up and they mentioned that they are out of ingredients to prepare the order when I went to pickup. It was disappointing. They could atleast update their order based on the availability

Worst service ever. The employee doesn't even acknowledge you when you come in. The ingredients for the smoothies are out of stock. I waited for an hour to get my drink.

Juicer is broken ?Edit: in case anyone was unaware, the juicers been broken for like two years. Now I understand why the owner purposefully uses broken equipment, it’s for the similarly broken management ?
No seats, they don't make juices, machine is broken has been for months. Stood in line for several minutes while no one acknowledged me. Juice machine sits on the counter broken with no sign displaying they can only make smoothies not juice.

Jamba always rocks!Except when they are unexpectedly closed & I drove an hour & 1/2 to get there first thing in the morning.Thankfully they were opened today. Woohoo!!!
It's 8:06pm and I walked in the door, and the 2 female employees that were working there looked up at us and weren't welcoming at all. I asked if they were still open to which they didn't respond, so I then asked if they were closed and they immediately said yes. Then I responded by saying that their sign says 8:30pm but I guess that's just wrong information. The only thing they did was stare at us like we were bothering them. I get business can be slow and maybe they were instructed by their manager to close early, but the lack of customer service and courtesy they had towards us was very disappointing.
