I hadn't been to Jimmy John's in a couple of years but I just remember the sandwiches to be more juicy... we had a turkey and a tuna sandwich and both were just sooooo dry and toppings were so little .... Very disappointed. Staff was friendly and location was well maintained but the sandwiches.... Meh.

Went to jimmy john first time a while starting out good until this girl in the long brown hair to her waist in the back, not pinned up hair flying all over and when I told her she shouldn't be back there she said she was not working on the sandwich station but when I talk to her, she was leaning over the girls that was making sandwiches so we went to ask her for her Raymond is the name of my receipt said that she did not have to give me her name and got really rude and so was the girl with the long brown hair is now back in a ponytail

Walked in and was immediately greeted with a "it will be 5-10 minute wait" not "welcome to Jimmy John's." It felt like they immediately didn't want us there. There were more than enough people working to give better service. We ordered and waited about 10 minutes which was fine.... Here's what I'm annoyed with....one person was working and the three other people were moving like they were covered in molasses. I kept thinking "if I owned this place I would loose my shit" I also thought, well this is why it didn't last in Redlands. I love JJ sandwiches but I don't think we will be returning because I can't stand watching people move that slowly behind the counter. Additionally, my sandwich was not made how I asked. It's annoying! You pay that much for a sandwich you want it made right!!!

Sandwich was delicious as usual. Potato salad was skimpy. I wouldn't get it again, to me it's not worth the money.

The people there seemed friendly but I ordered a sandwich and they forgot like 4 things on the sandwich. Basically gave me just a bland, tasteless turkey and lettuce sandwich and ignored everything from mustard to onion that I requested. I left so it was too late...but looks like it's not just me that has this problem. I wonder if they ignore customization requests or just genuinely forget?

The food was great the service was absolutely on top and the store location was in a top notch place we were hungry and we stopped there and we couldn't have been more happy with our service or the foodParking: Not much parking since there is a lot of stores there and a lot of food shops however if you go at the right time you will be sure to find a spot

On 3-25-23 (3:01pm) I ordered 2 Sandwiches through Doordash, which were eventually delivered by a Jimmy John's employee. It took 2hr 34min to receive my order. They called 20min after I ordered and claimed they had ran out of bread, which would cause a delay. Whether this is true or not doesn't matter to me. Jimmy John's has many Competitors near me, which I will be patronizing instead, in the future!

Food was great as always, but this is the second time in a row (at two different JJs) that the service has been sub-par. I had the longest wait here that I've ever had at a sandwich shop, and the employee who took my order seemed annoyed at me (It was just a regular single sandwich order). They don't seem to be living up to their "Freaky Fast" slogan or the cool laid-back atmosphere they try to portray.

My partner and I were at work for many hours and very hungry we have had Jimmy John's multiple times but this particular time our bread was almost rock hard. I spoke to a manager named Rico who was unsure of what to do so I kept asking are u really the manager. My partner and I arrived back to get a card and had to argue with Rico for a 2nd card even though we bought two sandwiches. I have eaten here about 50 times and this experience with Rico was very unprofessional. We pay for quality food and when u don't get it, that should be understood by a manager without having to argue for another sandwich.
