I ordered food Togo and was the biggest mistake ever!!! They over cooked my steak and cheated us on our sides. The food was pitiful!! I loved shogun until now!! Worst covid take out experience!!

Food was delicious! Had the pork potstickers, miso soup, crunchy dragon roll, and garlic edamame. Everything was perfect! Food was served quickly and freshly made. Service was very good as well.

Sat at the grill which seats 8 people, you get to engage people that are there seated with you, we're outgoing so the experience was pretty cool, joking with the couple that was seated with us.Andrew was the cook who had a great sense of humor, which enhanced the whole experience., and was extremely talented at his craft. Great place.

Our cook Marcus was great!! We have come here twice already and he was our cook last time we came, always does an amazing job! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because our wait was a little too long, though they did compensate for the wait, and when our cook got to our grill the grill was not on for him! Come on, they should of had everything ready for him, BUT he made it work and did AMAZING! If it wasnt for him doing everything he can to make things work and give us a good show, I would give 1 star. But Marcus gave us a good show while cooking our dinner and the kids LOVED IT so GOOD JOB!!! Will be back !!

Mediocre sushi. And I dont think I've ever had to complain about sushi pieces being TOO BIG before, but jeeze. All the pieces were so big you had to take two huge bites, which gets really really messy when they fall apart after the first bite. And I have a huge mouth, just sayin. I ordered some scallop and tobiko nigiri and they were practically impossible to eat they were so big and just caused all the eggs and scallops to go overwhere when you bite in. Nigiri is supposed to fit in your mouth in one bite for a reason. Fish wasn't great. Service was seriously lacking. I didnt order any cooked fish, all raw, and it took about 25 minutes to get my food even though it wasn't busy. But for the prices the sushi is a good deal. But if you're a real sushi snob, do not come here.

When I got there the hostess was very attentive, she asked if I wanted to be seated,but I was waiting for my friend. Then we were seated quicky. I went during lunchtime and it wasn't very busy. The place is clean and well decorated. Nice ambiance. Waitress came over and took our order, the menu was updated from the last time I was here. So many choices, everything looked good. The have sushi rolls, Asian chicken dishes, and salads. Food was delicious! Had the pork potstickers, miso soup, crunchy dragon roll, and garlic edamame. Everything was perfect! Food was served quickly and freshly made. Service was very good as well.

We walked across the street to Shogun from our hotel. Very much enjoyed our food. Had a wait on one of the rolls but chef sent extra to our table and the gave USA discount on our bill. Food was delicious. We were very pleased

Horrible customer service, from the time I got here with the family, they had us wait 20 minutes to be seated but they had multiple places open to be seated only to put some napkins. And when we get to the table it was still dirty. The food took almost an hour to come out and our waiter Skyler, seemed to have no ideas on how to take an order as the kept bringing the wrong food out. I don’t understand why one server was in charge of such a huge section, as we had to keep waiting on refills. Only reason I give it two stars was the food was good. But definitely would not come back.
Absolutely the worst tonight! And I've been coming to Shogun for over 25 years. My review on Yelp pretty much covers it but I thought people here should know too. We will definitely not be returning. I should have just burned my $120.00! The food and service was terrible!

Came on a Sunday around 2:30pm got seated at the grill table waited 1 hour for our cook to come, then on top of that waited 1 hour for our drinks to be served. The service here sucks the waiters dont acknowledge you. And when we asked for refills they never brought them, had to go to the bar area to get our own refills. Our cook was great other then that wont be back to this location.
