I'm giving it a 2 rating.Cake was decorate nice but cake tasted old! The cake was so dry and rough and stawberries inside the cake were old and nasty. I was very disappointed.I took one bite and tossed it in the trash.I will not buy her again, it was a waste of money.
Its hard to find a good bakery out here in the IE.

Had a cake ordered, it was a bit last minute but they came thru and blew my mind!!! The cake was amazing, I will be going here for all my cakes now. The tamales are great too!!

I usually do not get tres Leche cakes, but my niece requested it for her birthday with Oreo filling, and it was the biggest hit. Very delicious. The staff there is always very friendly and willing to help with any request. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a delicious cake at a great price.

My first time coming to Josie’s bakery a recommendation from a friend. Picked up a tres leche cake for my wife’s birthday and wow it’s amazing! Not to forget the great customer service in helping me select the perfect cake. And they answered all my questions about other baked goods and have plenty of samples! This is my goto bakery now for cookies and sweets and the best cakes!

Easy affordable helpful i came in for a 1st bday cake and he helped with suggestions even a few days later after we ate the cake they texted to see how everything went and if the cake was good.
Awsome bakery, family owned with great tasting cakes. I always order my cakes for all of our families birthdays. I like ordering the Tres leches with light Leche and fresh fruit in the center. Would totally reccomend.
