Chicken tacos need help. They can start with adding meat to them. Scraps of burnt chicken and chopped up chicken skin don't count. Must have been an off day to the food prep worker. Going back to Los Portales located at the other corner.

The outside is, you know... but inside, the place is so clean and spacious! I came to satisfy my nerdy hobby of collecting pressed pennies, and I decided to order a burrito too. It was HUGE! The chicken itself was also pretty good, typical of a rotisserie chicken. Definitely stop by and try!

Although we had no business outside the Juan Pollo you can tell it's tough neighborhood. I will explain not the cleanest neighborhood add lots of homeless I can see why people who don't want to stop in the neighborhood to eat at this location. But we were absolutely fine had no issues and enjoyed our lunch God bless our homeless people.

When you enter the business all you smell is sewer gas. The restrooms are right there at the door and they need a plumber to correct the sewer gas from coming out. Almost dont want to eat here because of it . Im sure many people have been turned off after smelling it. But the food Is great.

Called in the last few weeks after church to spend 50-100 on a family meal, as Law School makes it hard to make meals when I have class. Today Breanna told me she had to make it a point she would not make my meal unless I paid. I asked if there was an issue as this was not something I've done before. SHOWING UP TODAY BREANNA, confirmed she personally chose to tell me this because she had already cleaned. I would appreciate not being treated like a deadbeat.

Incompetence at its best. The food is great. There were nothing but guys working at the time of my visit. They were not able to get my order right. With a menu so simple how can you mess up?? And yet they managed to do it.

Ever since Albert okuna passed away ,the quality of the food has slowly declined. Rice isn't the same anymore. No chicken bits and chives in the rice, the chicken broth looks like it's sprayed onto the rice instead of boiled into it. The chicken isn't as flavorful as they used to be. As a San Bernardino native, I'm proud to see Juan pollo grow to a household name. Hopefully whoever is handling quality control can bring it back to the way it was
