I puchased the Party Pak 2 for my small party last night. The chicken was way too overcooked that it was just off the bones and dry and couldn't even tell what was what. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to take a picture before my hungry guests got into it. It's upsetting because my husband said the manager checked it off, apparently the manager has to be there when picking up a party order. Like maybe have better integrity and be like hey you know what that chicken isn't up to par for a PARTY PAK so maybe we won't give them that for their party. I get them every year but this year they let us down for sure. Will probably not get Juan Pollo again or go to a different location.

This is another place that demands you but something before you use the restroom. I understand that a food establishment isn't required to offer a restroom to people who as rent customers. I came three hours earlier and bought food. I was meeting someone here after and they said I needed to buy something. Their food isn't the best rotisserie anymore. Much better places to buy rotisserie. Costco is 1 quarter yeh price and much better chicken.

Tacos were Bombay with the salsa 1st time at this location wow it big. Even has a room you can have a meeting in....food always good at juan pollo and the burritos are massive come with a appetite .
Hello, My Meal Was Small Chicken Quantity. Chicken Look Like Ig Was Cut Sloppy & Did Not Look Very Appetizing. Skinny Girl Workimg Closing Shift Today On 7/25/25 Was Very Rude & Unprofessional Yelling Rudely To Other Workers For Chicken But At The Same Time Flirting With Skinny Guy With Strechers. Upon Minutes From Closing Time She Came To Our Table While Eating and Told Us Rudely That They Were Closing In 3 Minutes. Did Not Get To Enjoy My Meal Properly as I Felt Rushed Out Of There Almost Like If I Was Getting Kicked Out Of The Restaurant. I Always Support Juan Apollo But Will No Longer Return Due To Unprofessionalism / Quanty. Disappointed.
Chicken tacos need help. They can start with adding meat to them. Scraps of burnt chicken and chopped up chicken skin don't count. Must have been an off day to the food prep worker. Going back to Los Portales located at the other corner.
