By mistake, I made my order at the university Parkway location versus. I made it to the University store to make sure that they received my order because the app stayed on in progress. The cashier said oh it looks like you made it for the hospitality location and we see this mistake often just give them a call. Let them know you’re on your way. I did just that.When I got to the location, The manager had already canceled my order and threw away the drink. I asked why she would do that when I called in advance to confirm my order. She proceeded to yell at me demanding that I leave her store. For this, I would give her zero stars.

The drink I had was an Alice in Wonderland. My son had a Sour Patch. They were good. Only bad thing is they ran out of an ingredient, but I did get to substitute. Employees were nice and accommodating. Though I think they were the owners. Place did look a bit dingy and needed a good scrubbing maybe some new paint.

I would hope an inviting and customer experience toward training is what this team would have or get trained on. I am not expecting cheerleaders and confetti but I would like to feel like a customer vs a transition. There is zero eye contact, and I felt like I had to say please and thank you to keep the atmosphere going in a positive direction. Point blank customers service for a 12 dollar drink sucks when being handled by the cashier. I will say at the end the girl making my drink did smile with eye contact and wished me a good day. She is the only reason why I went from 1 star to 2.

Came in at 6:21 to order raw juices and there was two female employees in a rush to close up according to there hours displayed here they close at 7:00pm I would understand if it’s one employee maybe feeling overwhelmed by our order of two medium juices but they had two employees fully capable of providing service. I ordered two smoothies not only did they seem bothered by my order but the smoothies tasted horrible as if they just mashed some spinach with ice and handed it over. I wasn’t far from the one near Colton and had I known I was going to pay for this disgusting drink I would have just driven myself over there.

Just juice it up is in a convenience spot even though the parking space surrounding the three restaurants is small. However, they permanently closed their restroom to customers. I can somewhat understand this because the restroom is right next to their workspace, but people shouldn't always have to rely on going to other restaurants and asking for their restrooms.
