Ordered to $20 wing box…. And a large side of wedges. Waited 10 mins for food . Wings were dried. Wedges were under cooked some parts soft some hard. Chicken nuggets were hard felt very old. Very dissatisfied should have checked reviews.

This KFC never has anything I order ready they didn’t have chicken littles ready when I asked I was told it was a 10 min wait then she wanted me to park on the other side to wait like it’s a fast food restaurant why should I wait and park somewhere else for them not to get ding on the time nah this drive thru workers are not getting trained right there’s times I had to wait for 6 biscuits and when I got home I didn’t have not 1 in the bag.

The last couple times I went there, the chicken was old and dry. I called manager today, he didn’t offer an apology…but said I could bring the dry piece back and he would replace it. It is 100’ today and I didn’t want to drive back. An acknowledgment and apology would have been enough. Check your box before you leave folks!

We just ate here and had the waffle box. The waffle was okay my coleslaw was good. How in the hell did KFC mess up their chicken? It was bland with no flavor. It was likely they forgot to dip it in the seasonings before they fried it.

This is the 2nd time I have come to this place buying a famous bowl and it was not a famous bowl. First time they gave me a bowl of just corn. Now they gave me a bowl of just mashed potatoes. Service and attention to detail are very poor, it's better to make the drive to another location.
