Very bad experience. The service at this KFC is terrible. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about customers. What really upset me was how they treated an elderly couple who just wanted to use the bathroom. They had no patience or empathy for the poor seniors who clearly needed to go, and they were treated with disrespect. On top of that, they take a long time to serve you and act like you’re bothering them when you ask for anything. There is absolutely no respect here. I definitely do not recommend this place there are much better options with far better service.

So I ordered the wing meal, and when I got home I noticed that the chicken was extremely dark so I ripped a piece and it was the most disgusting this thing I've ever seen, the meat was dry and the blood on the inside was black. I immediately tried calling to inform them of what I seen but I got no answer, so I had to go back to the store I showed the manager what this chicken look like and he informed me that he could not drop any more chicken for the rest of the night because he was short staffed. It was barely 8pm. I informed William that I would be calling corporate in regards to this

How is anyone suppose to get their problem resolved when this KFC dont want to answer their phone..my order was missing items!! I spent over $40 im so mad 😠 I highly dont recommend this spot

I haven’t been to this location in 10-15 years because they were just so bad with customer service and their food. I decided to give it a try tonight since I was craving potato wedges and wanted to try their tenders… and of course they were out of both (aka were not going to make anymore for the rest of the night). It should have stayed burned down, they probably made more off their insurance claim then they have in profit since. 👎

On 10/30 I pulled up and ordered at 7:20pm. Ordered a regular chicken sandwich and mini famous bowl. Was told there were no nuggets but we could wait 10 minutes. Paid at 7:21 and drove to front to wait. Went inside at 7:46 because no one came out. Thats 25 minutes for some chicken nuggets. Took a pic of my receipt in the store at 7:50. Still hadn’t been handed my food. Girl said oh nuggets just came out. So half an hour to cook nuggets? That seems like a long time or your workers are severely inexperienced. There were no cars ahead of me too thats the crazy part. They had parked another car and got them their food in like 5 minutes. Food was decent though

this KFC is pretty horrible sometimes they don't have chicken... how do you run out of chicken when that's all you serve lol .. now they charge for sauces. KFC if I order a meal it doesn't matter what it is I should be able to get a sauce with my order without paying for it.. honestly you guys should just shut down so something better can reopen right there..🤦

I ordered two spices chicken sandwiches. I always check my food before leaving. The food looked NOTHING like the presentation while driving through. I showed the casher who served me my food and simple asked him to put sauce on both sides of the sandwich like it shows on the picture and each sandwich only had one pickle not like the photo shows. The worker had the never to say he would have to charge me extra to put on my DRY chicken sandwiches. Come to find out he was the manager. So this manager was wearing no name tag so when i asked for his name he refused. I was about to pull out my phone and as he saw that, then he realized and said I can give you an extra sauce. I said OK that way I can at least put that on this dry burger since you refuse to make it look as it is presented to me as I went through the drive-through.
Look at my pictures vs the actual sandwich. 100% clear as day difference. Also it states pickles with an “s” not “A (1) pickle”.
If anyone out there has a number or a website to a lawyer or firm where I can attempt to sue for false advertisement as well as the horrible customer service by the management. Please reach out to me and leave it in your reply. Thank you.

The service was fast and friendly! However, I didn't check the food until I got home. It was horrible! I was so hungry and so was my granddaughter, so we ate what we could. The chicken in my famous bowl was old, burnt, dry and hard, as were my granddaughter's nuggets. It was too far to take it back. I looked for my receipt and realized that I never got one. What a waste of money though. The place was so cold we decided not to eat there. I wish we hadn't gone there at all!

This place does not every have enough chicken made on Tuesday deals, when I know that families will be grabbing that deal. This is not a good place to spend your hard working money at . I have had trouble over and and over and having to drive 15 minutes to another location when this location is close to home is not right. Art you as a general manager at the store number 46 is not a great way to make sales for your store. The way your team should have handle it either. Raise your bar so you can raise your sales . Have a better atmosphere

Strangest KFC ever. I think it's the owner - even when this location was a Boston Market they never had entrees. Now, every time I've been to this location it's "Oh, we're out of chicken. I'm sorry, it'll be a forty five minute wait". There's a reason this place is usually empty.
