The service was fast and friendly! However, I didn't check the food until I got home. It was horrible! I was so hungry and so was my granddaughter, so we ate what we could. The chicken in my famous bowl was old, burnt, dry and hard, as were my granddaughter's nuggets. It was too far to take it back. I looked for my receipt and realized that I never got one. What a waste of money though. The place was so cold we decided not to eat there. I wish we hadn't gone there at all!

This place does not every have enough chicken made on Tuesday deals, when I know that families will be grabbing that deal. This is not a good place to spend your hard working money at . I have had trouble over and and over and having to drive 15 minutes to another location when this location is close to home is not right. Art you as a general manager at the store number 46 is not a great way to make sales for your store. The way your team should have handle it either. Raise your bar so you can raise your sales . Have a better atmosphere

Strangest KFC ever. I think it's the owner - even when this location was a Boston Market they never had entrees. Now, every time I've been to this location it's "Oh, we're out of chicken. I'm sorry, it'll be a forty five minute wait". There's a reason this place is usually empty.

This place sucks. No receipt, only gave me the drink I had to ask for my food. Then gave me the wrong food. Also called and guess what they aren't taking calls. I'm taking this to corporate!

I remember a time when kfc served a decent amount for the price you paid, I don't mind the changed but when I ask for "extra" and pay for "extra" I expect that . My portion looked the same as if I didn't pay extra . Retrain these minimum wage employees.
Never happened in my life, horrible restaurant . Order 12 pcs crispy give us 9 pcs without let me know, when get back to ask the reason the manager told us they ran out of crispy so we pay for 12 pcs only got 9 pcs chicken. Good for the store owner got a great manager to help make out great business, this is the way this store makes there’s business. Good luck for who plan to come this store.

We ordered a 12 piece for $20-30, and they only gave us 9 pieces. When we confronted them, the manager made excuses saying they ran out, but they didn't even bother adding to replace the missing ones, or even notify us. The chicken was also super dry and burnt, they didn't allow restroom use, didn't provide plates, didn't provide water cups. 100% not recommend to anyone, the worst restaurant I have ever been to.
